He advised leaders all over the Arab world, most notably General Mohammed Nashid, who most people believed he worked for in the open, others in the elite circles of the West thought he was on their side and was Redshield's spy in Nashid's camp, but the reality was he was an informant for the Nifonese. A well spoken man and handsome, the type of man that all the Sheikhs would want their daughters to marry. A handsome man who was a bit of an working man's aristocrat in his own right, a bit of a play-boy almost like an Arab version of Donald J. Trump. He had a very posh British accent, coming from half-Arab and half-European ancestry.

Today Sayef was about to give a speech, a public address that would be televised world-wide addressing the crisis in Lebanon and Iraq, addressing Lonograd and addressing the mysterious Islamic Social Movement. He looked into the camera as the press took pictures and asked questions he said [i]"please, all over your questions will be answered after my speech, calm down."[/i] a GCT (Global Citizen Times) reporter came up and said [i]"Is it true Nifon hacked the elections in Oceanica to put Stanley T. Bowden in power?" [/i] to which he responded [i]"Stop trying to distract people from my speech with your fake news."[/i]

Sayef then began to make his announcement "My fellow human beings, we have seen recently a surge in global terrorism that is ripping entire nations apart, tearing down national borders and driving us closer to a neo-feudalist era. We are seeing unfair trade agreements, and an increase in rampant sexual immorality and degeneracy, as well as environmental manipulation that is manipulating the very genome and what it means to be a human even. Now we have all heard about the spontaneous Islamist movements like Jaysh Al-Islam or the Islamic Social Movement, I spoke with the finance banker James Redshield and I have conclusive proof that Redshield is behind the Islamic Social Movement which in turn is truly behind Jaysh Al-Islam."

He paused and coughed and continued on "Centuries ago, a group of Westerners known as the Knight's Templar employed a violent and heretical middle eastern sect known as the Assassins to do their dirty work, these Knights Templar pioneered in banking and controlled whole kingdoms through their control of the money supply. They were eventually found to be engaging in devious and evil practices and were finally purged by their respective Kingdoms in Europe. Today however their spirit lives on in the Redshield Foundation run by wealthy banker James Redshield who manipulates entire governments and profits off of the suffering of millions of victims of war under the false guise of peace and humanitarianism. When Law Enforcement investigate criminals they usually follow the money and this is the same for terrorists. Terrorists need money, without money terrorists cannot create organizations, or finance sleeper cells, or buy plane tickets to travel internationally, or buy bombs for suicide bombers. The point is simple without money the terrorists can do nothing. Where do terrorists get their funding? Well usually through organized crime activities such as the drug trade and  human trafficking,  they also run fake charities who are just front organizations to fund terrorist activity and not truly to help the needy."

He looked at the audience "Then you have your rouge states, these fund terrorism generally, but what I am about to tell you is going to shock you. Sometimes terrorism is real and make no mistake about it. We are seeing very real terrorism, other times we see a bogey man, manufactured synthetic cartoon villains. however the truth is in between both. While I was attending a secret meeting with Redshield and several others I was brought privy to information regarding the Islamic Social Movement a political movement that claims to help the poor. What I found was less then satisfying, this group was used by General Nashid as part of a destabilization project in Al-Qaman and later was to be taken over by Redshield after it's leaders made a deal with Redshield. they would hire a terrorist who then go and create Jaysh Al-Islam the current source of Iraq's troubles. It was through fake information given to various arms dealers that chemical weapons would be misplaced and end up in the hands of Jaysh Al-Islam and other terrorist groups. Today I hold before you a document this document has been leaked and has been largely ignored by the mainstream press, a person of such high priority as me could be killed for reading this very document on TV, this is evidence that a plan to consolidate every terrorist and radical group across the world to foment chaos. The document was leaked to an alternative media site it is entitled "Scenarios that could hasten the need for a World Authority" it reads the following "If a rouge state, (Bashriyya, North Korea, Iran, ect, ect) obtains a highly-toxic nerve gas and begins to supply the weapon to it's proxies in an unstable asymmetric war-zone (Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, ect,ect) then this could be enough to warrant the call for a global world authority to prevent the future spread of weapons of mass destruction. It should be said that for the sake of world peace a World government, World court and World military will be needed to combat the spread of religious extremism and ultra-nationalism, and to prevent the spread of weapons of mass destruction in order to finally secure world peace."

"This is a power grab by forces working within the World Assembly to use terrorism and arms proliferation as an excuse for the ultimate power-grab, now after what I have said you all here today, I would like to encourage you all to research the Islamic Social Movement, research who backs them. I also want you all to remember that plenty of evidence is suggesting JAI did nerve gas attacks to falsely blame on the ALF and I should also say that the ALF was being armed by black market dealers who used ships owned by a Redshield affiliated freighter company and guarded by a Redshield affiliated PMC. We are under attack by psychopathic criminals like James Redshield, Amihan Russel, Idris al Aziz and other globalist criminals. I urge the people of the world to stand up against these global demons who try and suck out our life forces."

The press went in a frenzy as Abdul Sayef left the scene, he went to go sit down alone in his room, however someone was waiting for him, it was an assassin sent by Redshield who noticed Sayef was drinking wine. The assassin walked in and said "Well that is not good for a Muslim like you." the assassin said as he grinned an evil grin, the assassin was a fairly tall man with jet-black hair and wearing sun-glasses, a balaclava and all black clothing, the surprised Sayef began to panic as the Assassin stuck a needle filled with morphine into his arm, "You know you really have to lay off the drugs." he smiled "You might over-dose." the assassin then escaped via a ventilation shaft. However as a true miracle occurred, his maid came in the room in time to help him and got him to a hospital where his stomach was pumped. He would tell the entire story of how he was almost killed, what would happen next?
