So I need to say some things and they are blunt but it's better than keeping it to myself.

I made it clear a while ago why I am interested in raiding with you guys but I will reiterate in case you forgot or missed it the first time: I'm interested in forming friendships. Clearing content is nice but should be a byproduct of having a solid raiding group which is a byproduct of having solid friendships.

Recently, one of our 'leaders' decided to crap all over what we had spent quite a while building and that has made me pretty pissed. If I'm being honest with you, I am extremely disappointed in what he did and disappointed in the people who continue to give him the idea that what he did was acceptable. What he did is exactly the opposite of leading and the opposite of showing people you value them as friends.

So to the point: I'm interested in raiding with you guys and I don't even mind going back and doing reprog for new people. But when I say 'you guys', I mean our collective group which includes everyone that was originally here. I want you to remember that people make mistakes. We all will at some point. It's up to each of us to be up front with each other and, within reason, forgive each other for our mistakes.

Maybe I misjudged what we all wanted to build and if so that's fine. In the off chance I am wrong, please make sure everyone is on the same page, feels valued, and is OK with raiding with each other.
