Hello Gentleman
First thank you for joining, I will keep things very simple for the room and try to explain purpose for it. As we all known that after resource changes many things have been changes and it impact all alliances internal and external both. In results of resources changes it lead 18+/19+ and UBG to seize fire between them as it got cold and unreasonable fight.
Further when 18+/19+ start negotiating about resources both alliance found some internal and external difficulties in term of gaining resources and in parallel for some reasons both alliances got conflict with Avengers which lead them both alliances into with them.
So far Avengers is putting a good fight however the game is shifting one sided and it will be boring very soon, in the beginning of peace chat between 18+/19+ and UBG, there was another idea that after Avengers we should walk apart from alliances and try to get something new.
So for that we are here, as I already mention there are lots of problems internal and external specially internal in all alliances after resources change by administration. At this crunch time of the game all invited countries (Brazil | Greece | Romania | Canada | Hungary | Iran | Germany | Bulgaria | Bosnia) could step outside and try to find a new way to get some more decent activity to the game.
All invited countries are from different alliance, locations and hold different object and firepower. It can be good combination for a new alliance.
So if you guys think that this proposal have some potential and can be effective and debatable you can say YES or if you think it is not a good idea you can leave the room (no hard feelings) OR if you think you need another eye for this proposal from your country team member you are free to invite them here.

Sorry for the delay.
So, we need 3 Primary objectives to get the first task which is obviously forming an alliance
1: Create Alliance Base
2: Alliance Name
3: Migration chart
My suggestion on Objectives are below and all objectives are open for debate and suggestion, and they also need to be done ASAP. So, try to keep up with me on this
1: Alliance Base:
My suggestion is we establish our base in Canada, a simple reason is all of us know that Canada earns everyone respect either they are with them in ally OR opponent.
2: Alliance Name:
This one is tricky, few days back I was reading about stars in galaxy and found a very interesting name with good meaning. Name is “Arcturus” meaning “Guardian of the Bear”
3: Migration Chart:
Simple idea is to Establish base in Canada and migrate those countries firs who are not intact in direct wars so here is what I think.

Brazil (We are still waiting for their response so we can move with next country inline)

Greece
Germany
(Below this are countries which are directly intact in war right now so we can shuffle them as per there attack time defense or offence so they can get better support from alliance they leaving or alliance they joining)

HQ Nominations:
Nominated players/representatives from each respective country for the following posts
Duration for nominations (24 Hours (1Day) eRev Time
SC = Supreme Commander Positions 1
SC Eligibility
•	Nominated player must be OLD player more or less 2 to 2.5 years in game
•	Nominated players must be active citizen on Discord (Minimum of 2 to 3 hours daily)

vSC = Vise Supreme Commander  Positions preferable 2 minimum 1
vSC Eligibility
•	Nominated player must be 1.5to 2.5 years OLD  in game
•	Nominated players must be active citizen on Discord (Minimum of 3 to 4 hours daily)
MC = Military Commander  Position 1
MC Eligibility
•	Nominated player must be OLD player more or less 2 to 2.5 years in game
•	Nominated players must be active citizen on Discord (Minimum of 3 to 4 hours daily)
vMC = Vice Military Commander  Positions preferable 2 minimum 1
vMC Eligibility
•	Nominated player must be 1.5 to 2.5 years old in game

SOFA = Secretary of Foreign Affairs  Positions 1
SOFA Eligibility
•	Nominated player must be OLD player more or less 2 to 2.5 years in game
•	Nominated players must be active citizen on Discord (Minimum of 2 to 3 hours daily)
vSOFA = Vice Secretary of Foreign Affairs  Positions 1
vSOFA Eligibility
•	Nominated player must be 1.5 to 2.5 years old in game
•	Nominated players must be active citizen on Discord (Minimum of 3 to 4 hours daily)
SOM = Secretary of Media and Propaganda  Position 1
SOM Eligibility
•	Nominated player must be 1.5 to 2.5 years in game
•	Nominated player must be active citizen on Discord (Minimum of 1 to 2 hours daily)
•	Nominated player should hold good expertise in writing articles.

HQ Elections:
After nomination all respective country will vote for the nominated players/representatives for respective post in HQ
Each Country holds 1 Vote for each post nomination

Setup Priorities:
After HQ Election we can set our goals and set priorities accordingly.
