the paddock

The doctor looked out the window at the falling tower, he could barely make out the pink dot sliding down a zipline toward a area full of humans.
"interesting... Genisis, Ralph? i want you two to find out what pinkie was doing in there... i need to go see somepony..."
Genisis nods "by somone you mean?"
"oh no-one in particular.. just the head of the grape vine... which means... i kind of need to be kicked out to the paddock." The doctor said
"you do know that..." Ralph said standing up
"yes i do.. and genisis. please not as hard.. had to walk with one of my eyes swollen shut last time." the doctor said standing by the door
"Sorry doc. have to make it realistic." genisis said standing before the doctor.
genisis swung his hips around and kicked the doctor square in the chest, causing the doctor to fly through the doors and land against the wall
ralph took his cue and started shouting "GUARDS! GUARDS!"
the armored guards appeared in a minute.. roughly dragging the doctor to his hooves
"Sir?" one of them asked aiming a gun at the grey pony.
"Get him out of my sight. no shooting him. he still may have some information. take him out to the paddock to work. maybe if he toils in the sun for a few days he may then come around to our way of thinking." Ralph said picking up the sonic screwdriver and placing it back in the desk
"Right away Sir."
the doors closed and ralph sighed "godspeed doctor... genisis, it would be so much simpler to kill that pony and follow in the paths of my grandfather."
Genisis laughed "it is true.. but when has being good ever been easy?"

The ride to the paddock was a bumpy one. it also did not help that the doctors left front leg was sprained. possibly by hitting the decorative table on the way down.
"so... how far untill the paddock?" he asked the guard sitting opposite him in the back of the cattle trailer being pulled by a pickup truck
the guard said nothing
"oh come on.. you have to at least say something... if you dont say anything you are practically a red shirt..."
the guard still said nothing
"dont tell me they dont show star trek anymore..." the doctor said before sticking his head out one of the trailer and looking down the road.
he saw the pony by the gate before seeing the gate itself "ahh.. my escort. well if you gentlemen excuse me i have a mare to go meet." the doctor said as the trailer doors opened and he hopped out and started limping toward the gate.
the guards shrugged and went over to a shack where a worker waited for paperwork.
the stallion trotted up to the gate where a white pony with a golden mane and tail waited "Ah.. snowbell. been a while" he said
"Doctor.. charming as ever.. have they gelded you yet?" she said with a smile
"oh.. they would never do that to me.. i am too important."
"ah yes indeed. come doctor.. i would like to converse to you on the matter of... well falling towers?"
"Right away snowbell" the doctor said playfully slapping the identical hourglass cutiemark on her flank

"OH MY GOD!" Snowbell said
"i know.. it is still erect.. even i cant belive it." the doctor said in return
"but i am feeling wore out already"
"to be fair.. we did play about 57 games of jenga already" the doctor said with a grin
"it is true. now stop playing games with me doctor. why have you really come?" snowbell said
The doctor looked out over the fields of newfoals.. geldings and mares alike. some of them at one time a unicorn or a pegasus as present by the scars on their hide
"Equestria may be returning" he said after a pause
"Impossible" snowbell replyed "Equestria was destroyed. everypony knows that."
"the falling Dis tower? was the work of somepony claiming to be pinkie pie" the doctor said "and we also got a disk from twilight."
"a disk?" snowbell asked as a white once pegasus with checkerboard mane and tail walked over
"mama snowbell?" she asked as snowbell walked over
"yes pawn?" snowbell nuzzled the white pony
"rook and knight want to know what the uh.. tower falling was all about. you havent said anything about it yet" pawn said as she drew a circle on the ground with her hoof
"hmm.. i dont know for sure sweetie." snowbell said "how about you three go converse about it over by the pumpkins.. they love speculation, the more outragous the better"
pawn nodded and trotted back over to a black stallion with a checkerboard mane and tail, with a rook cutiemark and a red mare with a white mane and a sword on her flank.
"ponies.. the ones destined to rule the world.. or so most think.. if things had kept going.. maybe circumstances would be diffrent." snowbell said
"you know as well as i do river" the doctor said as snowbell put a hoof to his lips "no. dont call me that. i am not... Her anymore... i am and always will be mama snowbell. now. if you would be kind enough to move your time traveling flank over by the celery. you always have a knack to making it grow amazing
"well.. i have had a close relationship with it since i was five." the doctor said with a smile before heading over to the patch of farmland
"and by celestia... i hope you are right sweetie.. i do hope equestria has returned" snowbell said before starting to sing in old equestrian.
