your best bet would to call up any contractor and let them know your a real estate investor and your currently looking for crew to knock out a few projects for you and creat a long term relationship with them if they’d be willing to come out and take a look at one of your properties.. once you let it be known whats going on most contractors will just hop on it and not try to charge you if they do just be firm and be like “oh okay well unfortunately i already have 2 other contractors coming out to look at the property and give me some estimates and they are doing free quotes im not looking to pay to see how much i need to pay if you could understand but thank you for you time,  what was your name again?… okay (his name) well if you by chance can make your way out feel free to give me a call back i could use any quotes possible right now im looking for a good crew..
