- How to cook any meat in a frying pan.
- Make sure its thin enough, if its more than a couple of inches thick, don't fry it, tenderise it (hit it until its flat), or cut it up.
- Season it, salt and pepper is good basic seasoning, but you can add in other things if you like. Rub it right into the meat.
- Cook in a small amount of oil.
- First fry skin on a high heat, for about ~7 minutes, until it forms a crispy skin.
- Fry other parts on a medium high heat, the time taken depends on the meat, but usually 3 to 5 minutes is about right depending on thickness.
- Cut open the meat to make sure that its cooked through.
