Hiya once again my delightful Management team! First of all, after increasing the minimum on some of the tasks, I am glad to see that you guys are doing your best to reach all of those minimums! Most of you did pretty well this week, however, [b][color=red]nobody[/b][/color] managed to have a full section for their required tasks. You guys need to make sure that you are prioritizing your tasks lately, it does get kind of frustrating to see such low numbers for some things! I know it can be difficult at times to remember about tasks but I assure you that these are only here for your success, especially when we decided to move some of the tasks to an "optional" section. Speaking of that, I want to see more of you attempting the optional tasks than Zeke, he was the only one! I know you guys are a strong team and definitely have what it takes, so it's time for everyone to step it up just a little bit! Some of you did speak to me about your tasks and minimums this week which is fine, but my statement that you need to step it up definitely still applies. I expect a much better week regarding tasks and minimums from just about all of you! On the bright side, you guys have done really well on certain tasks, especially hiring and at least attempting to hire which is great to see! I know I've been a Negative Nancy for most of this comment so far, but I promise I'm getting to the positives! One of the biggest things I want to comment on was that we had a [b]full[/b] timetable for the Events Department, nice job, however, I'd love to see some more INTL names and different colors on the timetable! Also thank you to those of you that supported whether simply by tuning in or donating to Melissa's 12-hour charity show, it felt like so many of us came together that night just to be a great community for a great cause! Overall, not a good week from just about anyone, however, I know you guys will step it up! If not, I'll be looking to have a big chat with some of you! Let's refocus & get back on track, INTL! :lv2:
