You still receive any negative effects from the spell including damage. Some more powerful spells cannot be absorbed at GM discretion.
  (Free Multiclass) Spellcatcher: instant; use this skill when an ally casts a spell. On success, you store a single copy of the spell in a Spellcatcher; you can later use a normal action to cast the spell, emptying the Spellcatcher. Traits:
	Chrysoberyl is a female Crystal Pony. Her crystalline coat and mane is a translucent yellow, and she has light purple eyes. Chrysoberyl aspires to be a cataloger of all creatures. Ever since she was but a filly, Chrissy was fascinated by nature and it's creatures. However, she was never really interested in bunnies, dogs, or any kind of cute pets. Instead, she was always poking her head into bear caves, dragon hoards, and the likes. Using her photographic memory, Chrysoberyl learned how to draw extremely accurate representations of such monsters, and often after fights she'll take the time to draw them. Along with her art, she often writes of the creatures, explaining their traits and skills. She plans to publish her findings and art someday in her old age, but for now she adventures the world, creating her self-titled creature dictionary "The Monster Manuel".
