  1. // 1. if u dunno how to do this make a file in notepad call it maxframes.cfg then copy this then paste this in the file then make sure its all files name it maxframes.cfg
  2. // 2.now to go ur file explorer and go to ur steam folder now go to D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg
  3. and save the file there
  4. // 3.now make a autoexec.cfg type exec "maxframes" (without the quotations) file save it as all files then paste it your cfg file (common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg)
  5. then when u play tf2 just open console then type "exec autoexec"
  6. make sure u play that very time u launch if it freezes for a while just wait for it to load
