Godzilla vs. Kagura Destroy All of Everything

The city was engulfed in flames. Fire raged, homes destroyed, buildings and infrastructure completely totaled in the destruction. The ninjas of Hanzo,Hebijo,Gessen, and Crimson had all banded together to save what lives they could. At times like this, there was no point to petty squabbles right now, even some ninja from some other groups such as Touno had come to lend their aid against the monster that was currently plaguing it.

Was it a Yoma?

An eldritch god?

Hell, an elder god perhaps?

The anser to all of those questions were a resounding 'no.'  It was Hibari of all people who was able to point out who the monster was as she'd been a big fan of the movies. It was Godzilla...and how it got here or why it was here, no one knew, but the general agreement was that it needed to be stopped. The problem being that, none of the girls could effectively hurt the thing, It'd been some time since Hibari watched the movies, so she wasn't too sure on the weaknesses of the monster. Godzilla was durable and not to mention radioactive as well. So to that end they couldn't even get near him. Morale was at an all time low as the girls thought of ways to attack it without getting themselves all killed.

"Worry not." Came a familiar voice that stepped into the cramped room that the ninja had all filed into. "I shall end this fight." The ninja all turned to look at the woman who stood before them. It was Kagura, flanked by her servant Naraku, who had greeted them in a calm voice.

"Kagura-san, what are you doing here?" Asuka asked, nearly leaping out of her chair to give her friend a hug

"Once I heard of the destruction, Naraku and I made our way here. That creature seems far too strong for the likes of you to handle. To that end, I will fight it with all of my power.

"But are you certain you can defeat it?" Yumi asked "I heard from Asuka that she and Homura were able to defeat you so..."

"I was not truly awakened at that time." Kagura calmly stated "But I've more than enough power to defeat some giant lizard. You all think up plans and help to keep the population safe. I shall handle this. Naraku, will you aid them?"

"Of course Kagura-sama, I will do my best." Naraku replied with a bow though she gave a pointed glare at Yumi

Saying her goodbyes, Kagura left the small hideout the ninja had met at and looked into the distance. The monster was still raging, stomping around and destroying whatsoever it pleased. With a look of determination. Calling on he power, she flew  towards where the beast was, the fight about to get underway. As she arrived, Kagura could see destruction and fire everywhere. She was sure there were numerous dead bodies littered around as well, but she couldn't let herself get distracted.

Godzilla for his part hadn't been paying Kagura any mind, walking around and not caring who or what he stepped on to get to where it was headed,occasionally stopping to destroy a building of some sort. It didn't pay attention until it felt immense pain shooting into its side leg. It stumbled back, looking around for the source (which is a bit difficult when you're a huge monster) but Godzilla eventually found Kagura, ripping rifts into the air to strike him with red energy. How could one small human hurt Godzilla? He didn't know, all he knew was that it hurt, and kagura had to die because of it.

Opening his mouth, he began inhale deeply before letting out a focused blue laser aimed right at Kagura. She just barely managed to avoid it, the land behind her being set ablaze. The sudden carnage was enough to catch Kagura off guard, and she was sent flying back into a building by a pulse of energy from the beast. Said pulse made her feeling revoltingly sick for a few moments, as she got to her feet.

"Guh...what an awful feeling. But I must persevere...!" Kagura murmured as she got to her feet. She flew back out of the building, Godzilla still looking at her as it let out a roar, preparing again to fire that blast of energy at her.

"Not this time! Izanagi!" Kagura shouted at the top of her lungs. She raised a hand into the air, and soon hundreds of red tears in the sky opened, around Godzilla, and before the beast could react at all, they began bombarding him with red blasts, Godzilla roared in pain as the blasts struck him, all the while trying to pointlessly swipe them away, but it did nothing as four large blades Stuck into him. causing him to keel over for a few moments as pain wracked his body.

However it didn't last long as Godzilla was again, back to his feet, towering (quite literally) over Kagura, having enough of her attacks before snatching her up in its hand, (A lot quicker than Kagura expected) and began trying to squeeze the life out of her. Kagura could feel some of her bones  beginning to crack, but mustering out some power of her own, she began to slowly break free, although Godzilla was attempting to use all the force he could. Seeing this, he again took a deep breath although this time the breath he shot out had some electricity added in to it, and unfortunately for Kagura, she wasn't able to get free fast enough to dodge it and so she took the blast head on.

If there were ever a time Kagura was truly happy to be some sort of god like being (Seriously, I don't think the games are ever 100% clear on this) because as she shakily got back to her feet, she knew had she'd been any weaker that would have killed her without a doubt. Sadly, the same  couldn't be said for Kagura's clothes, as they were just about completely destroyed, only a few patches on her chest and crotch keeping her decent at all.

Kagura let out a growl as Godzilla let out a triumphant roar, most likely thinking her having been done in by the attack.

"Very well...then if I must use this technique, then so be it." Kagura murmured as she floated into the air. She once again, flew towards Godzilla, the monster having gone back to wrecking havoc and not noticing her...until he noticed a rift floating above his head. A multitude of red swords appeared all around the beast in a circular formation, with Kagura at the center, flying  upside-down above it she let a large blast of energy rain down on Godzilla.

"Fear the power of that which killed Yamata no Orochi, Susanō!" Kagura shouted as she put her all in to the attack, if this didn't kill it, then things were probably far worse than she thought. As the attack died down, Godzilla was on the ground, blood pouring from multiple areas on its body. It wasn't moving and in a sigh of relief, Kagura floated down to one of the few buildings that weren't decimated and let out a sigh of relief.

"Finally it's over." Kagura muttered laying back, that fight was draining for her, any longer and she would have had to-

Suddenly she heard rumbling

*Rumble*

No...it couldn't have.

*Rumble*

*Rumble*

Kagura's eyes grew wide as standing up before her (though clearly not as vigorous as before) was Godzilla. He let out roar, as Kagura growled in irritation. "Still you live?! You are testing my patience you beast!"

Surprisingly Godzilla actually heard that, despite being so high up and turned to face her, eyes glaring at her. It wasted no time in letting out another breathe attack that Kagura dodged, albeit just barely. She was stuck now, and all she could do was use some of her less powerful attacks to try and defeat the monster, the battle raged for hours on end with neither side giving in. The city was completely destroyed by this point, with no buildings left standing,Kagura was nearing her limit until something unexpected happened.

Several bomber jets had flown by, each one dropping bombs onto Godzilla,  but what was interesting about them was that they didn't hurt him at all, but instead began to freeze him and quite quickly at that. Godzilla's movements began to slow, until finally he was frozen completely solid.

"Amazing what humans can achieve these days." Kagura muttered as the bombers flew away from the scene, still Kagura wasn't convinced that Godzilla had been dealt with, this felt like a temporary measure if anything. It pained her to do what she was going to do...she knew Naraku would be distraught, but her friend was strong...and besides, she'd probably find the orb. Summoning what remained of her strength, Kagura surrounded herself in red energy...she held the power down until it felt like it was ready to burst and then flew towards Godzilla at high speeds

How many times had she done this?

How many times had she sacrificed herself like this?

'Poor Naraku...I hope I don't forget her." Kagura lamented as she connected with the beast and an explosion rocked the entire area. The light that came from it was a blinding white and when the dust settled, Godzilla was no more.

...And the same would later be said about Kagura.
