  1. <Zheti> It wasn't a surprise when the shadow shifted and finally revealed itself. The stench of rank poured from him, only to be completely ignored by another that steamed through the other. "Yeti..." She spoke in a mere whisper, a thoughtful expression morphing the deep scars 'cross he features. "You're mated to her." It was not a question, nor did it need a reply as Zheti glanced t'wards the white Wolf. If she were to be accepted, to get pure revenge on the White Death herself, she knew playing nice would do well in her favor. "I am Zheti.. Yeti's..." To speak her name was to taste the betrayal all over again, bile threatened to form from a quick memory that passed through her mind. And just as fast, she swallowed it down. "... My sister. Where is she? I smell her on you." The Bloody Nightmare Ignored the way this beast spoke, his stature and the aggression he posted with. All that was on her mind was seeing the one she'd searched long and hard for. Besides, clearly he was not the Alpha; but, a simple delta and she cared not for him at all. It was when another sentence began to form, did the shuffle of bushes and a full display of purely white coat shown under the Moonlight. "I've already found her." The familiar similarities would have been clear, had it not been for the four claw marks skating from her right eye to halt at the bottom of the left cheek. Ying to Yang, did their mother call them, as to why she'd taken the punishment. She'd heard of how Yeti was chased off, understood as to why; however, once Zheti herself was born, She took the rest of the white wolf's punishment. Being an exact split image of the older female, the pack /assumed/ she turn out the same and that was what happened soon after. "Sister...". Once again, ignoring all that seemed to approach.-
  2.
  3. <Melinari> Jumping up from the ground and almost out of her skin, Melinari reeled around at the rampage of Atticus’ entrance. Thank the stars. But also, oh crap. She knew already he wouldn’t be pleased with her and his snarls directed at her only proved her point. “S..sorry.” Whining softly she backed away behind him until she was a few strides behind. There she remained laying against the ground but appeared more able to relax now that a superior had taken over. Atticus then turned his full attention to the interloper. She admired his ability to take control and wished she had even half that ability. Watching Zheti she was curious to see how this would play out, hoping things didn’t result in a fight. As much as she’d love to help Atticus she had a feeling she might not be able to throw down at all in a fight. But before the new wolf even had a chance to reply, another wolf made her entrance. Melinari glanced at the heavily injured wolf, grimacing a bit at her appearance. The white wolf’s attentions were soon pulled from the encounter of the three wolves before her though when a brown bullet zipped into the area and nearly bowled her over. The familiar scent of Eirian wrapped around the female as the other wolf stuck her nose in her face. Ears pricked towards her concerned barks before sinking back against her head again. “I..I’m fine! No..no one’s hurt…me!” She promised, wondering why Eirian was even so concerned with her. A few days ago she had seemed ready to pull her pelt apart herself.-
  4.
  5. <Kraven> Trailing at her heels he followed along, his head lowered. The scent of dirt and blood filled his nostrils making his pupils dialate. A quiet growl rolling through his jaws out of desperate to sate his hunger. Where the scent was strongest he started to dig it up, dullen claws scraping at the ground. When he pulled it up finally his teeth tore into the gamey meat as he devoured it rapidly Kraven licked his lips, having his stomach with food made him feel better. Though having eaten it so fast made him gag but he forced it back, not wishing to throw it back up. Grimacing he cleared his throat, taking a deep slow breath.-
  6.
  7. <Eirian> -Eirian rudely sniffed at her face, moving to her shoulders and quickly inspecting the rest of the other wolfs body. No signs of blood or dishevelment, so Meli must be telling the truth. With a gruff snort, she sneered dangerously and glanced towards the scarred female, her first impression quickly souring. What right did she have to force her Meli to feel such fear? Eirian completely disregarded her own memories on how the two small wolves had met, instead solely focused on how /rude/ this black one was being. Lashing her tail, she turned her attention back to Melinari and roughly shouldered her, butting her head against her own.- "C'mon, let's get out of here. It might get nasty." -she then strode forward purposefully, intent on getting the weaker wolf to a location a bit more safe and less violent.-
  8.
  9. <Atticus> The male snorted in disgust towards the stranger, her sister? Yeti? fat chance, that woman was 1000x more beautiful and alluring than this pathetic wrench. He scoffed and exposed a wicked smile, showing his teeth towards the other."I'm flattered you think so, but you're wrong...we are merely...comrads." Atticus chuckled darkly and looked back towards Melinari who had some company as well, the smart-mouth."You two go ahead, and find Ariseus...tell her we have a visitor at the border." Atticus said with pleasure, giving them a devious facial expression."I admire you're spirit, Melinari....do try to improve...otherwise....you'll be seen as a weak and pathetic sack of meat!" He snapped his fangs at her as he spoke the last few words, turning his grin into a look of despise. Deep down he saw a fire burning within her, but he doubted she knew how to realise it. Ariseus would be sure to bring it out, as she did him.-
  10.
  11. <Skullerz> "Oh gross Kraven, keep it down! There is no more game around here... And I detest hunting ghosts." -She snapped, furrowing her brows together and giving a frown. What a pathetic sight that was, where was his manners? No 'excuse me', no 'sorry Mistress'? Taking one last degrading glace at him, she turned on her back foot - vanishing into the brush.- "Don't get left behind~!"-
  12.
  13. <Melinari> “Uuff..r..really I’m fine.” She promised, head tilting this way and that as the other wolf pressed her nose against her. Melinari’s furs bristled at the proximity and touch of the other, not sure if it would end in a bite somewhere. But Eirian genuinely seemed concerned that no one else had hurt her. When the female began pushing against her to get her to move, the white wolf rolled over with a grunt, quickly pushing herself back to her paws. “B…but..but Att..Atticus m..ight need h..hee..help!” She protested though it wasn’t that hard for the darker furred wolf to begin pushing her over the terrain. But the Delta’s words over took her own and she whined at his growls towards her. She hated to see the disappointment and disgust in his eyes. She was supposed to be his pack mate, someone he could rely on, not someone for him despise. “Sorry. I’ll try.” She woofed, ears drooping to the sides of her head as he was quick to refocus on Zheti and Yeti, dismissing them. Dismissing her. Stumbling forward at Eirian’s continued pushes she shook out her fur and continued away from the scene on her own.-
  14.
  15. <Kraven> Composing himself he rushed after her, tail low but not entirely tucked. "I won't mistress.." he reassured her softly as he trailed behind. Keeping Skulltulio in sight he kept up in silence, hoping his stomach would calm. Sniffing at the air the array of scents from the pack was diverse and fresh. A group must be lingering somewhere up ahead. Eirian kept shoving at Melinari until they were a ways away, adhering to Atticus's words to find their Alpha. Mel was such a scrappy young thing that she seemed barely able to stand, her body shook so much.- "Smarten up." -Eirian grumbled roughly, pale eyes flickering between making sure Mel was following and their path ahead. Ariseus's scent was growing stronger, so that must mean she was somewhere near.- "Wolves here will kill you for being so weak. Why are you frail and powerless?" -the small wolf stopped on a dime and rounded on the other, again infiltrating her personal space.- "Us small wolves are the power behind Sheol, and don't forget that! You need to stand up for yourself! Or you'll fail to exist much longer." -It was almost as if Eirian cared whether the whelp lived or died... weird. She tried to play her affectionate emotions off with another snort at her, whisking away to powerhouse along the scent trail of Ariseus. Surely she was somewhere close?-
  16.
  17. <Melinari> Stumbling along the path back towards the main body of the pack, Melinari felt horrible. She didn’t like being such a sorry excuse for a wolf she just had no idea how to fix herself. Ears pricking up towards Eirian she hung her head. “I’m trying!” Yelping out she sunk back as her pack mate rounded on her, body going towards the ground. “I’m s..s..sorry! I know they will!” She whined, looking down to the ground at Eirian’s next words. “I don’t know.” She mumbled. She had tried to stand up for herself just before and well.. she was pretty sure she would have ceased to exist were it not for Atticus. Huffing softly as the wolf continued on Melinari pushed herself after her. It didn’t help her confidence level that they were in search of the fearsome Alphess herself. She doubted Ariseus would care much for her. “M..maybe yo..you should just go for…Ariseus yourself…” She said. “I’lll…I can…just…go to bed or something.” Go somewhere she wouldn’t be in the way, wouldn’t disappoint anyone.-
  18.
  19. <Ariseus> She had left the aging wolf to be on her own, and not many were even aware of the existence of Laruna. Ariseus had oddly taken the pup in and even gave her her own family name. The Kirottu bloodline actually started with her - she created it after she took the Alpha role for herself and those within her close family took it as well to show that they stood with her. Ariseus had made a name for herself, quite literally. A huff was expelled at the lingering scents of those familiar and unfamiliar. One belonged to the demon himself, the other to the one still desperately trying to prove herself, and the last was the one whom she had briefly interacted with. Perhaps they were coming for her..for whatever reason they deemed necessary.-
  20.
  21. <Eirian> Eirian rolled her eyes in irritation, stopping once again to twirl around and face her companion.- "You are coming to find Ariseus, Atticus was mainly talking to YOU. You were there before I was, so it is your duty and responsibility to tell Ariseus what went on with that disgusting, scarred waste of flesh that threatened you." -the snakey wolf huffed, shrugging her shoulders to try and roll the tension out of them.- "You tackled that crazy freak who had me pinned to the ground. Don't you remember that? Where did that Melinari go? You've got the whispers in you, you just need to let them scream." -she shook her head then, turning to walk just in front - but mostly beside - the white wolf. It was only a few moments more when she saw Ariseus cross their path up ahead, and Eirian barked loudly.- "Ariseus!" -Eirian quickly sidestepped, nudging Meli a bit forcefully with her shoulder as a prompt to walk first and give her story to the alpha.-
  22.
  23. <Atticus> Although the moment was intense for the wolves, the two females quickly split ways, the stranger vanishing off into the woods as well as Yeti. She looked like she wanted to tell him something but simply rushed away, he didn't have time to quarrel with a female nor did he have the energy. Atticus followed after the other two females, he could hear them a mile away. These two we're giving him head-ache that was for sure."Will you be quiet.." He snapped, in a more 'hushed' manner as he approached from behind. His ears flickered along his head, the male obviously aggitated but tried his best to hold back his short-temper. "Boy do we have a story for you.." He noticed the Alpha, and dipped his head in respect to her. He glared at them both and then gave his full attention to Ariseus. "Go on little shadow, why don't you tell her...you we're lurking weren't you?" His cold look remained, but then again he always looked angry and empty.-
  24.
  25. <Melinari> “What!” Melinari yipped out at Eirian’s words. Going to just see Ariseus was one thing but actually speaking to her?! Her heart rate picked up exponentially and the white wolf was sure this was what a heart attack felt like. This was it. This was the end. But damn it the thing just wouldn’t stop ticking, continuing to pump her blood throughout her body. Jumping a bit at the snap from Atticus, she whirled to look over her shoulder but he had barely appeared yet through the trees he was still a good distance away. Groaning softly she refocused on Eirian. “Sure I remember but I don’t know… she was attacking you..” That hadn’t been easy for Melinari, she’d basically stood like an idiot the whole time before just barreling into Skulltulio. Shaking her head she trotted after Eirian. “What whispers? I don’t want anything whispering in me!” Her muzzle suddenly clamped tightly shut though as she caught sight of the female before them and her companion barked out to her. “NononononononoEiriannooo” She babbled, shaking her head furiously as the tawny wolf went behind her and pushed her head into her rump. Stumbling forward Melinari skidded and thudded on her chin at the Alpha’s paws. Swallowing roughly her yellow gaze rolled up as she looked at the larger female. It didn’t help that Atticus appeared only moments behind them. “Uh…hi…uumm…soo…” Pushing herself up to a sitting position she then fell into a stuttering, rambling, halting speech about why she and Eirian had sought her out. Told her all about the new wolf at the borders who seemed to have a vendetta against someone here. When she finished she swallowed roughly again, looked at the Alpha for a moment before scooting herself back to Eirian’s side. Much of her focus still on Ariseus she glanced sideways at her companion to see if she might be at least moderately pleased with her.-
  26.
  27. <Ariseus> Eyes narrowed to slits as the one named Eirian shouted out her name. /Ugh..what now?/ Her attention and perked ears shot towards the group that was closing the distance between her and them. Ari's nose crinkled in disgust as the fresh meat groveled at her feet. The Alpha rose her forepaw - away from the disgusting and weak creature and wasn't given the time to speak before the female rambled on about shit she could care less about.- "...How come no one's tamed you yet?" -She retorted, referencing the fact that most feeble minds within Sheol were quickly dominated by a sole canine.-
  28.
  29. <Eirian> If a wolf could facepalm, that'd be Eirian right now. Scowling at the way Melinari stumbled over her words and grovelled at the alphas feet, she was quick to to push herself in front of the weak creature and look at Ariseus with steady eyes - though she stared at her nose, refusing to meet eye contact.- "From what I understood, it seems that Yeti has a crazy, deranged sister or some sort of relative looking for her. I caught the end of it, but she was fucking angry. Atticus was quick to dispell her, though I don't think either of us know where she went. She smells like rotten meat and psycho bitch, so she should be easy enough to find." -Taking a step back, Eirian side glanced at the larger male wolf near them, idly wondering before directing her attention back to the one who was important.-
  30.
  31. <Melinari> The female’s ears drooped side ways at Eirian’s look of distaste. The pinnae drooped even more at Ariseus’ words. Tamed? What on earth did she mean by that?! Before she could even work up the nerve to ask such a thing, the other small framed wolf was in front of her and talking. Fine by her she’d wanted to sit back through this whole thing anyway. Tongue flicking over her nose the female panted quietly behind the other wolf as she explained things a bit clearer. Anger and hatred with herself roiled in her gut though as Eirian spoke. No wonder she’d been abandoned. What use was she to anyone when she couldn’t even properly explain something that she’d been a party to?! She wouldn’t be surprised if the Alpha exiled her from the pack on the spot.-
  32.
  33. <Ariseus> "Oh great, more family members to worry about." -She scoffed, shifting her weight on her paws as she did so. With the way Eirian held herself, Ariseus could sense that she was becoming more confident as a member of the pack after she had won a spar and been around a much weaker wolf. Hopefully she doesn't let it get to her head...maybe she'd end up like Zayev. Ariseus could only hope. Unfortunately, Eirian seemed to know her place and gave respect when it was due. Ariseus actually found her quarrel with Naqah to be quite entertaining, but if it went any further something would have to be done - Naqah was a Delta now, and Eirian had to see that at some point. Her gaze briefly landed on Eirian as she fully explained the situation, then passed on to the cowering whelp.- "Cat got your tongue?"
  34.
  35. <Eirian> Eirian pressed her lips together at the words of the alpha, though quickly shrugged it off and sat down. Her pale eyes glanced to her cowering companion, gaze telling the small white female to BUCK UP and take control of her shuddering. Eirian had seen what happens to the weak in this pack, and a part of her didn't want to see Meli torn to shreds by multiple wolves.-
  36.
  37. <Melinari> Tongue disappearing back into her mouth at the feel of the alpha's gaze back on her, Melinari's body tensed up. Catching Eirian's glance she swallowed and looked back over to Ariseus. "N..no.." She assured the gray wolf but...what else was she expected to say? They'd told her about Zheti..was there something else she was supposed to mention?-
  38. <
  39. Ariseus> The clear discomfort in Melinari's figure and tone seemed to spark an interest in Ariseus. Weaker wolves were boring and at times disgusting for her, but the minute she saw a way to feast on their fear and discomfort she was instantly intrigued. She slowly put one paw directly in front of the other, causing her body to sashay and slither like a snake towards the cowering wolf. Her voice dropped to a low, lulled tone and even had a hint of seduction laced within it.- "What's the matter then? Does something bother you? Surely you won't piss yourself in front of me...that'd just make things worse for your image. Yet.." -The Alpha looks down at the ground in which the female sat on.- "you look like you're about to."
  40.
  41. <Eirian> -Eirian lazily flopped to the ground, pale eyes watching the two and giving up. She definitely didn't want to be on the receiving end of Ariseus sadistic sense of humour, so at this point all she could do was watch and hope to fuck that Melinari wouldn't screw this up. An ear twitched. Was it the loyalty she felt towards her leader that forced her not to intervene? Who knew.-
  42.
  43. <Melinari> Sitting up when the Alpha began to slink closer to her, Melinari at least managed to keep her spine straight though she couldn't keep her body from quivering at the rapt attention the female had on her. An ear flicking she knew she was completely alone in this interaction. "I'm just...jus....ner..vous..." She chittered out, wishing she could just melt into the ground and never be seen again. Ears flicking back at the alpha's comment, her tail swept around to clamp over her paws to better block the female's view of anything below her.-
  44.
  45. <Ariseus> The corner of her lips curled upward as she noticed the female covered herself, and Ariseus fed on the building tension in the air. It was calling to her, begging her to escalate the situation. The Alpha was not just some feral beast, she calculated every move she made - so when her soul called out for her to act, she had to think it through first. If Ariseus were to act on her desire for violence, maybe it would be a way of seeing how the new blood will react. Perhaps it'll make them stronger, or completely fail and make them even more afraid. Either way, there was a fair enough result. If this were too further push Melinari into subordination and fear, then it wouldn't be long before a more dominant member were to claim her and make use of her so Ariseus didn't have to bother about
  46.
  47. <Melinari> It was plainly obvious of course the alpha was trying to get some sort of rise out of her. But..what was she supposed to do? Fight back? Yeah right. Cower down? Yeah right again, that had been going /great/ for her so far. Toes curling beneath her tail her nails dug in and out of the hard dirt as Ariseus circled her, the smaller wolf’s head craning around to follow her movements. She didn’t want to answer the Alpha, surely the female would just use it against her some way…it would be pretty easy to do that after all. But it had been a direct question and she at least knew better than to disrespect that in any way. Very aware of Eirian still near by the female shifted a bit in her spot and lowered her voice a tad. “That no one will ever want me.”
  48.
  49. <Ariseus> To be honest, Ariseus wasn't expecting such an answer. It actually threw her a bit off-guard, and deep down it touched something. An emotional claw that raked against her soul at the thought of abandonment and eternal loneliness. As the most dominant figure in the pack, it was her duty to make the members like family. Despite all the violence and scuffle between them, the wolves of Sheol were a family nonetheless. At the end of the day, they would be there for one another to survive and overcome whatever the world threw at them. It was this time of unity that allowed their kind to thrive, and it was a natural bond that Ariseus refused to stand against. For a moment, she thought against attacking her and testing her willpower - but the thought of dropping her stance quickly fluttered away as she positioned herself above the female. Ariseus had shoved her over and stood over the canine with a paw situated on her chest. Melinari was now on her back and forced to look into the eyes of the raged yet calculated beast.- "How could anyone ever refuse you?" -She cackled, before lunging down upon her neck and wrapping her wide maw around it - her canines teasing the skin beneath the thick coat.-
  50.
  51. <Melinari> While she didn’t dare look Ariseus in the eye to be able to see whatever emotions lurked there, Melinari could feel something from the proximity of the other. Confusion and intrigue and other softer emotions the female had yet to experience from the wolves in this pack. So it took her a bit by surprise to be getting a feeling of such things from the Alpha herself. That made it all the more easy than it already would have been for the gray beast to knock the white wolf down. Releasing a surprised yelp Melinari instantly stilled as Ariseus’ teeth pressed lightly against the thin skin of her throat. The female’s cackle rang in her ears and the new wolf whined softly. “I..I just…want to learn…t..t..to be..better.” She spoke slowly partly on purpose now, to avoid her neck scraping against the Alpha’s canines as much as she could.-
  52.
  53. <Ariseus> Speaking was almost impossible with the wolf between her jaws, and Ariseus held her position there for quite some time. It was a tiny movement, but it was more noticeable once her teeth began to pierce the skin. Slowly but surely, Ariseus was clamping down, her body stilled with complete and under control of her own rage and lust for blood. Her canines were now wetted with cruor, and the metallic taste soon found it's way onto her taste buds. Her dry throat released a low and appeasing hum, right before she retracted her position above the wolf and took a few steps back as she watched the wolf's reaction.- "If you wish it, you can will it. Stop cowering all the fucking time before you get claimed or worse.”
  54.
  55. <Melinari> Ok, forget about her heart attack earlier, this was truly her end. Good bye cold, cruel world, hello bright white light. Eyes closing as she felt the pressure increase against her neck she wondered how much of it she would feel before just blacking out. Nothing to do but wait…and wait and….wait? Who knew death would take so long. Opening an eye Melinari realized something very important: Ariseus wasn’t even on top of her anymore. Blood oozing and dripping down from the shallow punctures along her throat. Swallowing she blinked slowly, hard before looking over at the gray female. “C..claimed?” She repeated. She hadn’t heard about that before. Remaining on her back a moment longer she soon rolled herself quickly back to her paws, forcing herself to sit up as opposed to lying on the ground beneath Ariseus. “And I’m trying I am!”
  56.
  57. <Ariseus> "I suppose you have yet to meet Skulltulio and Kraven, or even Yasha and Morrigan." -The features on her face began to shift into a devious smirk. Ariseus herself didn't exactly claim anyone, having a lowly pet was a disgusting idea to her. Instead, she had her own personal weapon, a sword in the night. Atticus was to be held with high respects with his duty to serve her in a different way than the rest, and she would never allow him to be treated like a lowly pet.- "The weaker ones submit to the stronger. If you're not careful about how you act here, you'll be snatched up so quickly and won't have any say in the matter. But...perhaps this would be good for you. It'll give you purpose, since I'm not entirely sure if you're up for sparring for an actual purpose like the rest of us."
  58.
  59. <Eirian> Eirian watched the power play, her pale eyes bored and uninterested. If Ariseus was going to kill her for being a cowering whelp, could she get it over with already? The acrid scent of blood filled her nostrils and she knew the teeth had punctured. The small wolf sighed. Diverting her gaze, she stared as a lone bug buzzed through the air, the pupils following along lazily. Then, the two began to speak, and words of claiming drifted to Eirians ears. Shifting her weight and standing on her paws, the grim reaper waltzed over and casually glanced between Meli and Ariseus.- "She's mine." -the wolf stated bluntly, tail still behind her as she spoke in her usual hiss.- "Though she is not my pet." -her voice grew stronger at the word, scorn and disgust dripping from it.- "I will birth something new, something better from this one - not tear her down like Skulltulio has done to her wretched meat."
  60.
  61. <Melinari> She had met Skulltulio of course but had yet to meet Kraven and had no clue who Yasha or Morrigan were. And to be honest it didn’t sound like she wanted to meet these wolves…she certainly wasn’t too keen on encountering Skulltulio again. Good for her? Tongue flicking over her lips the female’s tail swished from side to side behind her as she prepared to defend herself. She might appear hopeless but surely she could work on that so she wouldn’t be…owned. Eirian jumped back into the conversation though before she could get a word out. Muzzle clamping shut again she looked at the tawny wolf with a raised eyebrow. She was Eirian’s? When on Earth had /that/ happened?! Though if it got her out of this conversation with Ariseus, Melinari was not about to argue. Eyes brightening at the female’s words that she would help her become better, the white wolf’s tail wagged from side to side. “Really?” Someone actually wanted to help her and not just yell at her? …Though Eirian had done quite a bit of yelling today so Melinari assumed there would be only more yelling in her near future.-
  62.
  63. <Ariseus> "Finally we have a sensible one in our ranks." -The Alpha spoke with praise at the Reaper, while at the same time bashing the one who called herself Skulltulio. All she had known and seen from that particular female was a disgrace. She was a simple beast that craved violence and something to take her anger out on. Intellectual creatures don't need a weaker being to make themselves feel important - they take respect and give where it is needed. To see Eirian wish to better such a feeble wolf was refreshing to Ariseus, and she highly agreed with her placement on the matter.- "Very well. I wish you luck on this mission...I'd hate to see you fuck it up." -Her words were as clear as her inwardly opinion - if Eirian were to pull this off then Ariseus would be highly proud of her. If not...well that just wouldn't cut it.-
  64.
  65. <Eirian> She ignored Mels words, knowing that she was just as surprised as Eirian felt inside. What did she just... but Ariseus seemed to take her words well, and damn near seemed to praise her. Her head raised in mild surprise, ears tilting forward atop her timber crown. At a loss for words since the first time joining Sheol, the reaper simply nodded her head once - an affirmation that she would give it her all, or die trying.-
  66.
  67. <Melinari> The female's tail halted momentarily as the Alpha's words sank in. It wouldn't bode well for Eirian at all if she failed to deliver. While Melinari already yearned to prove herself to this whole pack this only made her more determined to succeed. She couldn't let Eirian down, couldn't have her regret the stand she'd just taken for her.-
  68.
  69. <Ariseus> Ariseus could sense that this interaction had reached the peak of it's usefulness, and she should probably return to Laruna.- "Now, off to bed you two. Clearly you have a big day tomorrow, you'll need your rest." -For once, she spoke plainly. There was no hint of manipulation, no hate, no interest, just sheer worry. Like a mother to her pups. Ariseus nodded to them both, dismissing them from her presence before trotting off to retreat for the night.-
  70.
  71. <Eirian> That was weird. Eirian watched the alpha go, waiting for her to disappear into the nights embrace before turning to Melinari.- "That's an order. Let's go." -she shifted her weight and turned around, expecting the other to follow quickly. Eirian had found a fallen tree just a short ways off, providing an overhang for shelter. There, there was enough room for two small wolves to sleep comfortably, and that was where she headed. Once at the location, Eirian hunkered down into her own spot without another word, waving her tail to indicate where Mel could - and would - sleep for the immediate duration of her get-good process.- "Good night." -mumbled Eirian, her eyes closing and breathing slowing as she allowed sleep to take her.-
  72.
  73.
  74. <Melinari> Blinking at the dismissal from Ariseus Melinari had a feeling stating things like that wasn’t normal for the wolf. Jumping at Eirian’s voice she bounded to her paws and spun after the other small wolf. All the while they walked towards some place to sleep and the white wolf trailed behind the darker one, she opened her mouth to say something to Eirian before thinking the words she’d chosen were lame and closing her trap again. This happened a few times before they arrived at the tree Eirian had undoubtedly picked for them to sleep in and Melinari still hadn’t said anything. Slipping underneath the fallen tree she was quick to curl into a tight, compact ball of dirty white fluff. It felt weird going to bed with another wolf so close by and Melinari found it hard to settle down though she didn’t dare stir in her spot. “Thank you.” She murmured softly after a few minutes though she was sure the other wolf was already deep in the throws of sleep.-
