Poland stands behind a Breakthrough.

The Bankrupted Materialistic Era in Europe is dying, the world of immorality is dying, the rule of secret societies is collapsing, the capitalist system of the rule of money is turning into dust.

A New Epoch is approaching. The Young Movement is the expression of its ideas. The belief in absolute truth is the basis of the new zeitgeist. The Individual is receiving an absolute basis to judge any event becomes able to consciously influence his own life. The People of the new times work hierarchically organized, with the absolute will of educating the Nation in the name of absolute truths.

The new times carry a strong will to absorb every member of the Nation in Cultural and Civilizational Creativity and to give them all a real role in the government. This current gives the approaching breakthrough in Poland a specially bright and sharp character.

The Poland of the dying epoch was a Nation rotten by Noble-Intelligent Culture and Poor-Passive Peasant Culture. The layer of conscious among the Nation's forces is very very tiny, most of the Nation's forces stands doing nothing.

The Young Movement brings revival, a revival with a great shock. We must enter deep into the Polish Soul, and we must hit with a flattening fist everything which prevents Poles from conscious participation in the creative life of the Nation, we must stamp out idleness, class mentality, grief, poverty and the dirty interests of the individuals.

The Spiritual Forces of the Nation, freed and empowered by the Breakthrough, will be used to build a Great Poland in the name of these following rules:

ABSOLUTE TRUTHS

1. God is the highest goal of Man.
The Ultimate Goal of the Individual is supernatural, life must be directed towards achieving true fulfillment in the absolute highest value, GOD. God's relations between him and Man are taught in Catholicism.

2. The Road to God - Work for the Nation
The supernatural goal of Man is to be close to God, and it can only be achieved through the highest development of the individual's spiritual values. The highest level of spiritual development is obtained spiritually and physically through his work for the Nation, which develops noble, selfless values of character, it forces the mind to reach the highest level.

The Future tied directly the spiritual value of Poles to the state of the National Environment, in where they were born, raised and where they live. This Thousand-Year relation between the Individual and the Nation forces even more every Pole to work for Poland, as the condition to obtain the full development of their spiritual values, the development bringing Man closer to his ultimate goal, God.

3. Man's fulfillment and development in the creation of the greatness of the Nation.

True fulfillment is not only fulfilling material needs, a comfortable life, or the lack of responsibility. Only the fulfillment of the goal of one's existence gives the feeling of internal fulfillment, which its manifestation is the development of one's value.

Creating the greatness of the Nation is done by the biggest effort of character and mind. This same spiritual effort raises the value of the individual to the highest reachable level, realizes his sense of existence, and gives the feeling of true fulfillment.

A GREAT POLAND

4. The State will be the tool of National Aspirations.
The Nation and the State will be one, organized complexly. The State will be the main and highest tool of National Policy. The unity of State and Nation and subjugating the State to the greatness of the Nation will be achieved by creating the National Political Organization (NPO), which will gradually absorb all Poles and will direct National Policy.

5. The State will be based on one, widespread, voluntary and hierarchical National Political Organization.

The NPO will be the skeleton of all Conscious National Forces, it will bring harmony and order between the individual and group activies of Poles, subjugating everything to the greatness of Poland. The NPO will be for all Poles, only membership in it will give the right to public service.

The NPO will be Widespread, its goal will be to organize in its ranks every Pole.

The NPO will be voluntary. Voluntary joining it has a deep moral meaning, for upon joining the Organization, the Pole will find with the deepest conviction that he will subjugate himself to hard duties, tied together in the new system with public service.

The NPO will be hierarchical, it means that it will include individual management and responsibility, and means that everyone in it will have someone superior to him, and that the Leader of the Organization will be the the Leader of the Nation.

The Hierarchical build of the NPO will realize the full rule of Social Democracy (not as in the ideology), aiming at giving every member of the Nation individual rule and responsibility. The Importance of the part of national labor given to the individual will depend on his individual value.

6. Political Parties will be cease to exist, secret societies will be eliminated.
Political parties are a tool of the parliamentary system, devoured by the spirit of easy compromise, causing moral and political chaos for the life of the Nation. The NPO will create a hierarchical public service for all Poles and will eliminate Political Parties from Life.
Political parties in Poland are based on secret societies. The stem of all political parties are secret staffs, connected to the Judeo-Masonic Internationale,  and are always harmful. Secret Societies create a system of organized political lies, they cause irresponsibility among leaders, they don't allow new forces and currents. Secret societies will be eliminated not only because of their association with the party systme, but most importantly because they are against the spirit of hierarchy and the openness of public life of the Nation.

7. the NPO will give every Pole real participation in government.
In the current state of the failing democracy, the citizen's influence on government is fictional, and his vote is given once ina few years on an electoral card, and shows how much of a lie Parliamentary Democracy is.

The NPO will give every Pole the opportunity and duty of influencing the way the Sate rules everyday. In that way, the worker and the farmer get real participation in the Government.

8. The Hierarchy of the NPO will be based on these rules:

a) The more valuable the character, the better the results of work, the greater the dedication, the more power.
The Position within the NPO will be based on three criteria: Character, Mind and The Will to serve the Nation. The more one will show value in these three criteria, the more power one will receive. The degree of individual value will be defined by the achievement of legally defined moral and professional knowledge through a manager.

b) The more power, the greater the individual responsibility.
We should look at power above all as the source of the strictest responsibilities exercised by the individual. These rules will be put in place by a special political codex, aimed at the members of the NPO. This codex will punish with additional penalties, in addition to crimes committed by the members of the Organization. The degree of these additional penalties will augment as said member advances in the higher positions of the NPO. The Political codex will also include exclusive punishments for political crimes, which no criminal law has.

c) Money cannot give power, nor can power enrich.
Each Pole, no matter the level of his wealth must have an equal opportunity to reach the peaks of political life. Wealth will not have any influence on political life; the hierarchy of the NPO will be based only on the rules of the internal value of the individual.

d) Past accomplishments cannot be a privilege
The NPO will not give any power to to anyone only because of their past achievements. To each will be applied the level of individual value, those whoever that will not show any higher values will be removed from power, despite any achievements. The ruling circle cannot close itself by stopping the influx of new able individuals.

9. The Universal Educational Organisation, will create a new type of Pole by collaborating with the family, the Church and the army; it will give the Nation unity, removing class and tribal differences.

The Polish Nation doesn't have a uniform moral basis. In the highest national questions Poles cannot find a common language and act like they've got equal good paths to choose. The Polish Nation doesn't have a uniform civilizational aspect. It is divided by social classes, that are spiritually alien to eachother, and the great masses of Ruthenian and White Ruthenian [Belarussian] people live in complete isolation to Polish Civilizational Creativity.

The road to national junction after the breakthrough which must come before the creation of a Great Poland, should happen through teaching the young generations in a uniform worldview. Nowadays education is about a false link of the influences of the family home, the Church and school. Thus will be created the Universal Educational Organisation, which will englobe all the youth and will collaborate with the Church, the family and the army.

The Universal Educational Organisation will educate the young generation in a uniform ideo-political spirit of absolute truths and hierarchy, it will teach knightly virtues and develop professional working abilities. The Universal Educational Organisation will give the Nation as a final result a common ideological and spiritual ground, and will combine the distinct peoples of the Kresy [The Eastern Borders of Poland, now in Ukraine and Belarus].

10. Distinct intelligent-noble and peasant cultures must disappear. It shall create a single uniform Polish National Culture.

True national unity manifests itself primarily in a uniform culture. A Nation that is divided culturally, broken into social classes of different lifestyles is a sick Nation.

The historical Polish system created two cultural environments in the Nation: an intelligent-noble culture and a peasant culture. Today the Peasant Cabin and the Intellectual Flat are two different cultural worlds.
The Breakthrough will create a uniform National Culture.
The National Culture will be one, universal, it will be the property of every Pole [sic], it will be be independent of foreign influences, and will be creative and conquering.

11. There is no strong army without a hierarchical organization of the Nation.
The greatest technical innovations and the greatest traditions do not create a good army, if it is composed of raised pacifists, Men without any idea of Polish Duties were created upon Liberal-Democratic Rules, who also do not understand the spirit of hierarchy. In the [future] Great Poland serving in the army will be the end of national education, which will teach the spirit of hierarchy and will give conciousness to National Duties.

In the [future] Great Poland the military hierarchy will be directly connected organically and naturally to the hierarchy of the NPO. The unity of the hierarchical basis of the organized armed and civilian force of the Nation will remove the opposition of the traits of a soldier and the traits of a non-uniformed citizen.
The Army is the Armed Wing of the Nation, and will not stand outside the Nation as a completely seperate entity.

12. The Army - The first armed line of the Nation.
The Army will live in the offensive spirit, it will know the will of its Nation, willing above all its realization. The Army, filled with the spirit of defense cannot win any wars.

13. The Jews will be removed from Poland, and have their wealth confiscated by law.

The Removal of Jews from Poland will be preceded by returning the well being of the Polish Nation by completely dispossession of the Jews. The first step will be the separation of jewry from Polish life. A planned and radical removal of jews from Poland will be the last step of policy on the Jewish Question.
The jews will be deprived of political rights, the right to serve Polish society, the right to serve in the Polish Army. They will have no right to work in Polish Businesses, they won't have the right to hire Polish workers and neither will they have the right to work for Poles. Polish schools will be free of jews, Polish cultural life will be closed to the jews.

These rules will enable the Nation to wait for deportation the jews in the least costly ways possible.

A sufficient reason to remove jews from our life is their inability to build a Great Poland.

14. We will conquer the Slavic Minorities [sic] through mass assimilation and through fighting enemy individuals.
This won't be done by mechanically forcing them, neither will it be done through naive flaterry, but by a great plan of cultural and economical rebuild of the Kresy through the Universal Educational Organization and the complete giving of equal rights to Slavic Minorities in the NPO for it will be the way to conquer the peoples of the Kresy[sic] for Poland.

The Ukrainians have the right to want their own State in their motherland, but not in the lands which are in the borders of Poland.

Any activity aiming at removing Polish Lands will be incapacitated, and those responsible will be suppressed.

15. The National Economy will be based on these rules:

a) Property is the usage of things from the Wing of the Nation[sic].
Anything finds itself on territory ruled by the State because of the common good can give the authority to individuals or social groups that give warrants certifying they will exercise good upon them.

Property is a social function. In this character, responsibilities and permissions are tied to it.
The responsibilities include:
1) Property is limited to the interests of the Nation.
2) The usage of property are defined by the appropriate laws.
3) The usage of property must not conflict with the general economic plan.
4) The usage of property must be productive and the item cannot be wasted
The permission include:
1)  The individual has the right to free usage of property in the boundaries set by general laws and the rules put in place by the general economic plan.
2) The individual can give or sell an object of property to people who give a warranty of fulfilling responsibilities related to property.

b) Personal managerial labor, or executive labor is the condition for the individual right to profit.

The basic responsibility of the individual in relation to the Nation is labor. Only labor gives Man the right to live in society. Individual initiative, energy, will, creative skills and stamina are all manifested in work along with the level of servitude [to the Nation]. The results of work will decide the position of the individual within the NPO, and the results of management, will also decide on the right to profit.

The immorality of Capitalism is based on the fact it isolates profit from work, which allows undeserved profits. In the Great Poland, profit will be only available to people purposely and productively working. Purposeful and productive work can have two characters: managerial or executive. The individual will achieve greater or lower profits based on the value of their work. The harmony of work and profit will be set by laws, and it must be in the feeling of justness and solidarity.

c) The division of National Income must first give bread to every Pole who wants to work, and only later can it enrich Individuals.

The Achievement of net/clean income is a necessary means of rebuilding the National Economy, fighting unemployment, and ensures everyone the ability to live in good living conditions for the Nation. Income is an important means of supplying the Nation with tools for battle and economy, it gives indispensable material means to achieve political goals.

The chief rule of the National Economy is the division of social income. Every Pole must have the amount of indispensable for life level of individual income ensured. The consequence of this will be the reduction of many peoples' profits, which are now way above actual needs. Any renunciation however must incured, so that any Pole wouldn't be isolated from contribution to the Nation because of their Poverty. The NPO will ensure this through the means of a distribution-bank apparatus. The level of profit will be enough as to ensure basic human needs. And if so, profits gained from property can rise freely until they create the ability of the general increase in living standards.

16. The reconstruction of the national economy will be done by the NPO, it will create a new system, it will take control of the economy through its professional sections.

The NPO will manage all of the issues related to the National Economy.

The General Planned Economy will be indispensable to the reconstruction of the socio-economic system, to fight unemployment and the realization of the full economic defense of the State. This economy cannot be managed by a State Bureaucracy. We can also not leave the planned economy to associations that are not developed ideologically and morally, caring only for their own interests. The economy must be managed by professional forces, which are themselves driven by ideology. This is why the members of the NPO will be grouped for general political goals on the basis of territory, and for economic goals on the basis of profession.

The professional sections of the NPO will manage the Political Economy and will stay on the guard to keep morality and the plans in the economy.

17. The spiritual forces of the Nation, freed by the breakthrough, work for those who today are unemployed the money requisitioned from jews, foreigners, and capitalist parasites will be the basis for the rebuilding of the National Economy.
The condition to constant economic improvement is the National Breakthrough, a great shock which will bring out the unacknowledged forces and skills so far, a new management and a new trust. Only the forces freed by the breakthrough can provide new monetary means, which the economic build of the Great Poland requires. The level of wealth doesn't decide trust towards money but the level of organized national forces which direct the State and its economy. After the breakthrough, all Poles, regardless if today they have a job or not, will create the greatness of the Nation through their work.

The trust in the national forces, freed by the breakthrough, will give credit, the starting capital must be gained primarily from where it lies illegally. The National Economy will gain starting capital means through taking the wealth from jews and the dispossession of foreign capital working for the detriment of the state.

In the future, foreign capital will operate in Poland only through a special agreement with the state.

18. The Basis of the Agricultural System - The self Reliant, indivisible peasant farm, created from breaking up and regrouping of farms.

The basis of a healthy agricultural system is the economic unit, which will allow the proprietor to manage productivity, ensuring the individual a a correct living standard and to satisfy physical and cultural needs. The peasant farm will be an autonomous production unit with a possibly versatile character. The dividing of peasant farms by any means will be illegal, to keep their indispensable autonomy. In order to heal the agricultural system, there will be a breaking up of bigger farms without compensation and regrouping with an insurance to the former proprietors.

19. The existence of bigger agricultural property, private or public will only be allowed in small amounts due to productive and economic reasons.

There are such kinds of rural economies (for example: seed breeding), where due to economic results, property must be on bigger areas, or else it doesn't reach its goal. In these cases, bigger rural property, public and private will be kept, aside from forests, which will be state-owned.

In the interest of the National Economy, the small number of exemplary landed properties, public or private will be preserved. The existence of these centers is justified by the need to regulate agricultural production.

20. Each village will be a territorial unit of the NPO. The peasant professional section of the NPO will control the villages as economic organisations.

The NPO will create out of every village a defined hierarchical organisational unit, realizing the rule of the rule of nationally conscious citizens. The rural cluster, organized in the ranks of the NPO, will watch over the economy of the villages through the peasant professional section. The professional section of the rural cluster will regulate the production of each proprietor, it will bring to life suitable production and food cooperatives, and create specific groups that use common agricultural tools.

21. The NPO will give the peasant a place in jewless and reconstructed craftsmanship, trade and industry and will open a way to the city by reconstructing the farms.

The excess of the rural population cannot be left to starve in the villages, it must find itself in the cities. The closest areas to developing villages will be small cities, craftsmanship and agricultural trade. The peasants will create a new middle class with a native Polish character. Said class is indispensable for the Nation. Its origin will connect the villages and and the sinking of culture into the villages, and the unused spiritual forces of the peasant will be connected to the cities.

22. Every industry, where the deciding source of profit is not the labor of the proprietor will be expropriated.
The condition to own property is personal managerial labor or executive labor of the proprietor. Wherever there is no managerial labor, or executive labor, along with individual responsibility, there won't be any property. This will be decided by the industrial professional sections of the NPO.

Unnamed property, based on the bearer's papers, or joint-stock companies, property without responsibility separates profit from work and that why none of these will exist in the Great Poland.
The War Industry, Public Utilities, Any kind of business in the character of a monopoly, and raw material mines will be expropriated and nationalized.

23. The professional sections of the NPO will reconstruct the industry through plans and will organize production.
Industrial economic life creates an important material basis for the political and cultural force of the Nation. Therefore, its various areas must be adapted to the needs of the Nation and meet specific requirements. In order to achieve this:
1. The activities of all enterprises, both nationalized and private, will follow the established economic plan.
2. Production will be organized and focused on satisfying common needs.
3. Banks will lead the broad action of financing new indispensable branches of production, especially the war industry.

The responsibility of controlling and developing the economic plan of the industries will be taken up by the professional sections of the NPO.

24. Wholesale trade will be public, retail trade will be private.
The national economy suffers great losses through unnecessary mediation. Wholesale can not be a source of profit, it can not increase the spread of industrial and agricultural prices, it must serve the needs of society. Wholesale agricultural trade should go to cooperatives. Wholesalers of industrial products, not sold directly by the producer, will be run by public professional associations under the supervision of the professional sections of the NPO.

The public character of wholesale trade will prevent private owners from putting pressure on further intermediaries and pursuing selfish commercial policy. Public wholesalers will exert a deliberate influence on prices in retail trade, while the private retailer organically related to the recipient, will give a faithful view of the demand for particular goods. This will allow to purposely develop production.

25. All credit institutions will be in the hands of the State or public-private organisations appointed by the professional sections of the NPO.
Banks are a powerful tool for managing and controlling the economy. In the capitalist system, banks developed the economy, subordinating it to the interests of private individuals. They were the center of political and influence of the moneyed people [bankers]. This is a fundamentally immoral phenomenon. It will be different however in the system of the Great Poland. There the banks will be the tools of economic policy, and will be subordinated to the Nation, in accord with the economic plan.

WIELKA POLSKA – A NARODY.

26. Poland's eternal/historical mission is to create an epoch of Christian Nationalism, conquering Eastern Europe for Christian Civilization and to organize the Slavic Nations.
A Nation can only be called great if it is conscious of its role in the world, and the efforts of its members are towards common goals not by mechanical orders, but by internal conviction, consciousness and will. Our Nation's eternal goals are those that only our Nation can achieve when no other can.

The phenomenon which changes the face of the civilized world is the presence of conscious Nations, as the highest social bonds. The future of the history of the world depends on if the Nations will go towards the road of Absolute Truth, that keep Catholicism, or if they will lose themselves in dying doctrines. Today, the thought of the European Nations is lost in contradictions. The Poles are a Nation that is homogeneously and deeply Catholic. Polish National though is built on Catholic Truths, and Polish Religious Thought is the spirit of love for one's Nation. That is why the role of our Nation is to create a truly Christian Civilization and a truly National Civilization at the same time. Poland will be the first to leave the weave of contradictions and will give other Nations an example for the new order.

Between the areas of Western-Latin Civilization and Eastern-Byzantine Civilization stands Central Europe. Here Bolesław the Brave created the Third Empire, ruling over the Danube and Kiev from Poland. Here, among nations culturally and socially built differently from the East and the West, is the place for a Third Polish, Christian Civilization, going towards the conquest of the East. Central Europe is mostly Slavic. A common source of speech, faith and customs create a mental and cultural unity among Slavs. We need a uniform political line, a centre of the Slavs. That center can only be Poland and must be Poland for the South and the East of Europe.

27. The Catholic State of the Polish Nation will lead the fight of the nations of Central Europe against Communism and Pangermanism

To the East of Poland there is a mobilization of masses to battle for domination of Communism over the world. And to the West of Poland there is a mobilization of masses for the domination of the Germanic "Master race" over the world. The future of the world can only be saved by organized Central European Nations from the Finnish Bay to the Adriatic to the Black Sea, Nations bound together in Christian Civilization, threatened from the East and the West.

The Battle of Ideas, and where the need arises to fight of the Nations against of each of these hostile Forces, Poland must lead the fight at the head of the Nations of Europe.
