NYPD HR Contract/Oath

|| Introduction ||

This is the Official Contract for any High Rank Applicant who has passed his application phase and is undergoing, waiting to undergo, or completed the training phase. PLEASE READ THE FULL CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING.

|| Contract ||

This agreement is established on [date] between the New York Police Department and the applicant.
The New York Police Department prohibits the employment of an Officer without the agreement of this employment contract.
IF the applicant is employed by the New York Police Department then he/she hereby agrees as follows:

1. The applicant shall provide the services thereof in an efficient manner according to
the Basic Rules and Guidelines and the Rank Guidelines.

2. In the event that the employment of the applicant is terminated, the contract is voided.

3. The applicant shall undergo EXTREME training to be formatted for HR, if the applicant has already undergone the training then this segment is unneeded.

4. The applicant must purchase an Official New York Police Department uniform and wear it all times when on duty.

5. The applicant will not be compensated in any way unless specially noted by the Founder to do so.

6. The applicant will abide by all of the Internal Affair Bureau's guidelines and regulations.

7. The applicant will vow to steer far away from corruption and stick to the published rules and guidelines.

8. The applicant is required to be an active member of NYPD's Official Discord Server.
