I see your concerns regarding the team and we are actually pretty new to the scene, and have won the majority of the matches we have played in. Only thing I think we will be able to offer is the  full funding to events, apparel/gear/product support, twitch partnership, potential boot camps, ect. ATM, maybe later in the year when more marketing funds and the team continues to move forward we can offer you all something more. I do wish we could offer more atm, there really is just not more to look into beyond whats already been provided. I'm actually familiar with some of the teams you play consistently. If anything changes an we wish to provide a better offer I will reach out. If you all are interested in the offer or anything changes make sure to let us know! We like to stay updated on all teams we have talked to.

I know the OW scene very well Revenue Share isnt event expected till 2023, and the league has yet to start. An every team is wanting to quit everything and make this a job, and they all want it all overnight.
We have also salaried teams some huge teams with huge players cause the marketing value is there. With how the OW scene is its a huge risk right now, with little reward till 2023. We are looking for the right team to build with that ensures us our investment into the title. A team we can build marketing value around.
These other orgs are only stable cause of their investors and marketing value in other titles. An no ones looking to build the over watch scene as a whole to build the marketing value. No one is capitalizing on the over watch market with their team. We are looking to build that marketing value but it has to be with the right team. As well as we don't just slap a logo on a jersey an call it marketing like these other orgs. An it's why we have had the success and are in the position we are in today going into our first full marketing year in 2018.

Hopefully we do get talk or you can continue to provide more information. I like to know the team before I make an offer especially if there is to be salary involved. I'm will also straight up not offer any or at all if I don't think the value is there. I am a easy transparent person to work with. As well as most Orgs you wont ever even get to talk to the owner, especially with company around and above our level.
