Shinkichi stood up and flipped on the television sitting on the mantle.
Ten frigates were rushing through the ocean, kicking up white waves. Each
one had a flag depicting the rising sun.
Kaboom! Kaboom! Here and there, tremendous sprays of water exploded
into the air. The ships were releasing a round of torpedoes.
“Wow! Look at that!” Ogata clapped happily.
“How awful. It makes me remember the war . . .”
“Sure, but this might be what it takes to defeat Godzilla . . .”
