    Bypassing hazard respawn triggers with one frame jumps
    Bypassing loading zones
    Clipping into/through solid objects
    Deleting the Strange Sack
    Double Jump
    Early Red Bones trigger
    Fish Glitch
    Flurrie Superslide
    Glitches/exploits that make use of Jump Storage
    Going out of bounds/into unloaded rooms
    Having an active partner that's not in the party menu
    Infinite Bobbery explosion
    Jumping out/off of water
    No Partners Glitch
    Paper Mode Hitbox Glitch
    Pause Jumping through cutscene triggers
    Save Corruption
    Shine Sprite duplication
    Sort Glitch
    Time Stop/Text Storage

Allowed:
    Background Skip (Chapter 7)
    Cutscene Walking
    Falling off ledges while spinning into/out of paper mode
    Flip Skip
    Gate Handle Early
    Going into plane mode at the edge of a plane panel to fly down past it
    Hopping off Yoshi while taking a loading zone
    Jumping out of battle for extra speed
    Jumping to keep the Puni count from falling
    Sanctum Pole Skip
    Shadow Sirens Skip
    Skipping cannons
    Speed Swapping
    Unspin jumps
    Unspin/spin delay
    Window Jump
