How is ODSP this badly managed and poorly organized

Because the last time I was at the hospital, the social worker was able to get into contact with my OSP worker, but when I went to the office yesterday they told me that one hasn’t been assigned, so how do I know Rachel‘s name and who is this person manipulated my account and sent my payment back to my mom‘s address That’s never been anything that’s been agreed upon And should of been seen on my benefits if they had checked that, but they must’ve ignored it since there wasn’t a response for over 2 to 3 days that was Thursday. Thursday, November 9 I visited the Ottawa ODSP office. And was informed of miscommunications and mistakes made on my account in regards to my check being sent to my mother‘s address for no reason when that’s never never been on my file as something that supposed to do and they’re supposed to withheld they call you and they couldn’t reach me. They should’ve done nothing so somebody made that decision somehow for some reason, when we called on Thursday, they informed me that a worker hasn’t been assigned to me, so what was Alex talking about in regards to Rachel Don Pierre social worker 226

How am I more organized? Than A company run by the government.
