(Minimum of 300 words): I've been a legal resident of the County for a good while now and I'm afraid to tell that the crimes scene isn't that controlled like I expected, but all of us, the citizen of the County realize that the Deputies are all trying their best to control the crime rate and we all appreciate their work. I'm a vast supporter of the theory that we shall always be willing to defend ourselves and work for ourselves rather than relying on others so I believe I should apply for a position within the Sheriff's Office and attend different academies and workshops to strengthen my knowledge on how to be perfectly capable to defend yourself and other people of the County. I'm currently employed in San Andreas County Sheriff's Office and I hold a Senior Operator position. I've got the spirit to work and bring change to the County where I live in, it's my homeland so I'd prefer that it's my foremost duty to ensure to serve and protect this state and I can ensure that I abide by all the policies and protocols laid out by the Command Staff while doing so. I was accepted as a ride-along student earlier aswell and I went out on a few patrols with Deputies and I had a brief insight of the Department while working as a Parking Enforcement Operator. It delights me on how all the Deputies are taught on how to maintain discipline and they all operate with complete efficiency at all times. They know their tasks and they are aware of the risks aswell they might have to take while working in such a field and I'm willing to take the risk myself. By officially joining the Department now as a Deputy Sheriff, I shall expand my horizons of knowledge and my knowledge pertaining to laws and regulations that are mentioned in the State of San Andreas Penal Code.

[b]4.2[/b] - How would you describe yourself as a person?: I would describe myself as the person who's willing to see a chance at the place where he lives and so for the neighbouring places which includes Bone County, Bayside, San Fierro and Los Santos if need be. I possess the courage that is deemed as valuable in the department and which everyone sees in a valuable Deputy Sheriff. I've got the appropriate skill-set that is required by this department which makes me sure that I will fit right in the Sheriff's Office.

[b]4.3[/b] - What skills can you bring to the San Andreas County Sheriff Office?: I've got the right skill-set that a valuable Deputy Sheriff should possess, I'm looking to bring a change in the County and to do that I'm willing to partake in certain events along with other Deputies. I prefer team-work individually and it's my firm belief that a task at hand gets easier if team-work is adapted and the task is accomplished more efficiently. I'm good at negotiating terms which I believe I might need in the future as a Deputy Sheriff when a Deputy is supposed to interact with a person who can or cannot be a victim. I can evaluate if a person's stating the truth or lie by judging their way of talking and the face expressions they give while providing statements so I believe it will be a good addition and should strengthen my chances for becoming a Deputy Sheriff. I'll be confident with my beliefs and my statement and would question the person in-question in depth to know more about what actually happened and to evaluate if he's the suspect or not.

[b]4.4[/b] - What do you believe your duties will be as a Deputy Sheriff?: Apart from the really obvious duties like patrolling and ensuring all the laws are followed, a Deputy Sheriff is tasked with other several tasks aswell and there are different fields within the Department one can choose. Someone with no other division is tasked to the Patrol Services Unit where he's supposed to do his regular duties. A Deputy Sheriff is always the one who would show zero conflict even if a situation comes onto someone he knows or someone he cares about. He shall be really honest since he's taken an oath that he will serve and protect his state at all costs. He should never be distracted on minor things and always focus on the task at hand. A Deputy is not allowed to fraternize and should always stick to his duties and responsibilities he's tasked with.

[b]4.5[/b] - What would you see as a valued Deputy Sheriff?: A valued Deputy Sheriff is the one who stays intact with his oath that he's taken and tries his best to bring a change. He should never be distracted from what he's serving and he's got a code. A valued asset to the Department is the one who always abides by the Force Continuum laid out by the Department's Executive/Command Staff. He should always protect and serve his state with full honesty and should in no case apart himself from the task at hand. He should pay full attention to what he's tasked with and should always accomplish his task efficiently and effectively, that is what it requires one to be a valued asset to the Department. He's the one who always abides by the policies and protocols and doesn't exempt himself from neither of those at ANY cost and I'm planning on proving myself a valuable asset to the Department aswell.
