<h2>Blown into eternity...</h2>
<center>There are stories told of men like Kalen, men with great power given to them by birthright. One that can manifest in many ways. Kalen is an adept caster, able to control his magic at will and has been able to do so since a young age. Trained by his mentor, a master at his craft, a hunter of the spectral and everything supernatural; Giles. Training began at age sixteen and at twenty six he was ready to venture out into the unforgiving world that he had been born into. At the time of his apprenticeship ending the chaos the wicked had spread cast the lands into a burning hell, with only so many that could stand up to the plight Kalen was one to do so with vigilance, fervor, honor - something Kalen cares much about. <br><br>
His most prized possession was one his mentor had given him, a staff adapted to fighting to the supernatural plight that had plagued his homelands. A rare wood that had been struck by lightning, infused with iron and silver, the tip held the converging of metals. His only true tool for fighting besides his own magic. Having been used by many of the prior Knights of the order he belonged to he has yet to pass it on as he has no apprentice. Kalen has never believed anything to be innately evil but will seek to relinquish the gift of life of any who choose to enact upon the difference in their strength from others. Believing being born different means you should look out for others, not abuse said power to rise above.<br><br>
Having lived for so long he's traveled around the world probably a time or two, magical things of all sorts entice him, especially when something new. Always can he be seen with his staff and tome under his arm, spells and information fill the tome that is thick as it is old. Anything new he finds or see's he put's within so that when time comes, when he is to choose an apprentice he can pass on to them the tome and its knowledge. A perpetual book worm, deciphering old writings, exploring ruins, always seeking, searching for the next oddity to record in his tome.
