Multiverse travels: Reptilians

     When examining the multiverse, other variations of Earth, it is best to use a "key-on" that is a reality signature of a particular object, species, or material and targets Earths where these also exist. So for examining alternate Earths with sapient life forms that have developed complex societies and technologies we will key-on "Sapient Reptiles"

   While the multiverse is infinite there is an aspect of "Sapient Reptile" that has to be addressed, how strict of a definition for "reptile" is one going for. The multiverse may be infinite but not everything is completly possible. More often than not what is going to be found searching for these are beings that are artificially originated with reptilian characteristics; such as the Paradisians of Reality-H (all descended from techno-organic weapons, servants, pets, and sexual partners) containing various reptile aesthetics from snake like bodies, scales, tails, and so on across a wide range of variations; however despite the aesthetics (and some neural designs) they arn't actually reptiles. The same occurs finding magic originated beings created by various forms of sorcery or "divine" sources; many a Lamia, Naga, Lizard-Folk; and such are like this, yet a closer examination of their physiology shows they are completly alien to a reptile's physiology. The same holds true of alien life forms with a reptile like aesthetic yet are not reptiles. Likewise keeping to Earths across the multiverse one can find life forms that are sapient that retained reptile characteristics; however they are biologically no longer reptiles but a seperate group; usually something akin to mammals only retaining scales with little to no fur production. At best one may find a luke-warm bodied sapient species; but these never make it into space on their own; their particular neural archetexture in relation to their luke-warm body structure results in very slow cognitive thoughts. It may come across as wise ponderings to faster thinkers, but their cognitive perception is extremly slow while their bodies move on instinct and reflex; a few large crocodillian like sapients are like this. A completly "true" reptile sapient life form simply isn't something one may find as adheriing to the biological definition completly will find plenty of Earths with reptiles, even clever ones, but sapient thought requires a few biological changes that some may no longer consider to be real reptiles.
