BACKGROUND: saerom was born in usa and stayed there until she was five. saerom thoughr her life was already perfect, a complete family, wealth, beauty, brains, and everything. she didn't care about anything else, she was carefree and oblivious to the real world. she was oblivious to the point where she didn't even notice the way her father abuses her mother. bruises also appear on her brother's body and he'd reassure her by saying he wasn't careful and fell off the stairs. but it happened too often so she went out and go check about it. when she found out about the abuse, she felt stupid, she felt stupid that she didn't even noticed everything that was happening around her, on how her brothers and mother try to protect her from the wrath of their father. saerom confronted her mother about this and after eight months, they decided to escape from their father and settled in korea. their, she swore to always check things again and finding out more about people.
