First, go to https://iplogger.org/
now click on Invisible Image
beside where it says Google Short url, click 'Click to Create'
now it will give you a link to a microscopic picture.
you can start to give this link out to people and get their IP
you can view the IPs logged by clicking 'Logged IP's
