Reasoning: It seems that she still failed to find this "power" of the Aspects that Fon and Zwei seemed to possess. She figured if they ever wanted to acquire it, it'd be through something else. Most of the time, Chara just went in fist blazing with punches and kicks without much thought just to overpower her opponent. But now, she thought of it more. She was an aspiring Martial Artist. She needed to focus on her breathing which, she began to do. Taking thought of how much of she exerted when she released a punch or kick, or any strike really. It was really starting to approve her fighting. Especially when she utilized it to her evasiveness. That is what she saw different against, David.

TLDR; Chara changed up her fighting style a bit. As a Saiyan, she's known to fight somewhat like a brawler. Although effective, it wasn't as effective as the side of a martial artist that she trained as. She aimed this towards gaining an aspect.
