■ <u><b><i>Disabling</i></b></u> - Exhaust's power is disabling. This can be done by touch or with a flick of his hand though when his hand is flicked the disable is random. And when touching he can control such. This including technology, movement, powers, physical laws, ability to die, and even concepts. Of course he isn't trained well enough for a lot of that and it does seem to be temporary at longest.

Exhaust while seen in many crimes, all small robberies, home invasions, small scuffles and prison breaks, he has not shown much to stand out unlike a lot of Super Villains of his generation. His name is unknown, and even from DNA it seems he orphaned, and shows no sign of even being a Japanese citizen. <br><br>

When shown on footage from some of the heists he has cooperated in he doesn't seem to speak much, his voice only being caught a handful of times. From security footage alone it is easy to tell while he is mentally stable he isn't all the way there. Exhaust shows signs of apathy as despite the hiding of his face he seems to be emotionless. He shows no joy or excitement in what he does, or even seems bored by body language. <br><br>

He is cold. A killer, precise and seems to hold a high intelligence by the way he coordinates with his teammates. Though, he does show childish behavior here and there. Sometimes easily getting distracted, easily bored, impatient, shows signs of interest in random object often inspecting items with close detail only to be drawn to the next item.<br><br>

But he doesn't play with his victims, if someone steps out of line he seems to be quick to get them back into order, whether a hostage or his own teammates. He has been shown to fire without hesitation on not only heroes, but as well as innocent civilians as well as using them as body armor. When detained he is to be placed away from other supers and interrogated by the correct super type.

<h1>外観</h1>

Despite not standing out physically or mentally he does have a very easy to find appearance when he seems to be on a job. One, he has never been seen without mask. The mask is his face, it's what gives him his name. Exhaust. The mask is obviously that of a type of a rooster. It ties around his face rather tightly as even the male taking damage has been able to keep the mask on with relative ease.<br><br>

From the mask one would only be able to see the black, short hair on his head and some of his neck. Not only that but the mask seems to be very durable, most likely made by someone with a power that reinforces items as it has grazed bullets and shown to be left without much of a scratch. <br><br>

For his lower wear it almost seems casual, a tough leather jacket with several things of writing and rips in it. Different undershirts here and there. Sometimes a satchel at his side with different sets of jeans. He doesn't wear gloves as he obviously can't be traced due to his lack of parents and record, and usually is seen wearing some type of earbuds when seen on camera and in person by heroes. <br><br>

His build isn't impressive and shows he is a younger kid, barely hitting adult hood. He is average height at Five foot Nine, and seems to weight around the normal weight One Hundred Forty. His skin is a slight tan to it, but barely comes out of being pale. He has several scars and what not around his shown body, arms, and neck, as well as bruises. His body doesn't seem to hold much muscle but he does have a bit of stamina behind him. Despite all of these features he seems to be well at hiding due to the lack of face pictures out there of himself.
