Is it true this year alone, 6 complaints were filed with comments coming from John Saulitus, John Huwiler and others part of "The Johns Family" such as "she is a C" "f-n idiot" "being brown he should work at a data center" "f-n wierdo" "not coachable, she needs to know her role in life" "entitled analyst where we f-n waste months training them for them to leave" "should f-n quit now" "only here now because of her p" "her fat a$ has at least another 30 pounds to lose" "i'll give her something to cry about" "get the fuck out of my office" "get the fuck out of here" "she should give me some facetime" "her a$ better be in the office as that's all she's worth" "she needs to change back to her short skirts again" "nothing up top, but a lot to show on the bottom" "can't get rid of her now that she's pregnant" "if you have nothing up there, you need to go down here" and much much more?

  13. Is it true John Huwiler hired John Saulitus after he was fired by another coverage group at Jefferies for sexual harassment and inapproprite physical conduct brought by a female analyst?

Is it true John Saulitus recieved multiple complaints over the past few years in our group so bad where HR and external counsel hired by Jefferies had to interview our entire female analyst class in M&A to talk about the toxic, uncomfortable, hostile sexualized culture of our group and behaviors John Saulitius and the leaders?

Is it true John Huwiler gave John Saulitus the role of staffer for almost 3 years+ despite the staffing role meant to be only 1 year so they could both discuss and choose the type of "diverse" (female) they could hire, work with and "engage with" particulary with late night calls and text messages on personal matters?

Is it true John Saulitus told the floor he was the big swinging dick and he brought in the most fees and runs the place right behind the bigger swinging dick John Huwiler who he shares the "throne" with? Is it true that John Huwiler will be promoting John Saulitus to Managing Director despite all of the sexual harassment, touching, vulgar comments and bullying INSTEAD of promoting the other 2 more qualified SVPS who BOTH have MBA/law degress at Ivy League Schools, with Bulge Bracket Investment Banking experience, Both were Staffers, yet BOTH are minorities, not from the northeast, and both never had a single HR complaint in their entire careeer? Look at the M&A organization chart today, how many women are there? How many blacks are there? HOw many hispanics? How many asians? How many LGBTQ? How many combined of every group mentioned vs. the 10 all white males out of 11 total MDs all hired by John Huwiler. Is it 0 women MDs, 0 women SVPs, 0 women VPs?

Is it true John Huwiler drove almost 2 hours from his home to CT for the summer party to only leave after a few minutes after our team bus arrived to the party as an Analyst was uncomfortable with John Huwiler's presence, stare, remarks and gesture towards her from her last unwanted interaction from John? Is it true 2 female analyst left the past 6 months before their 1st year becauase of the same hostile, sexual, perveted, intimadating setting where John demanded they show up in the office when he was in to see them? Is it true a 1st year female aanlyst was fired immeditlatey right after raising her concerns right before her bonus? Is it true 5 other analyst left this year prior to their full 1st year to other banks to do the same job because they were unwilling to "get on their knees" and "network and engage" with John Huwiler or John Saulitus?

  29. 1 person (and clearly not a handful across 10 years) can make a difference but once but a group of us together, now, right now, can. Eleanor, Eileen, Diane Jordan and HR have all heard everything above directly from past and current analysts. What has been done? Every female is affected by the Johns and every guy too so speak up! You're in the same cell as us and have been verbally attacked in person and behind the scenese (with at least 4 of you MEN who are in the office today and have complained the past few months or formally quit before changing their mind with the hopes of change).

  31. This is not what we signed up for during our intership, not the culture i signed up for connecting with Rich Handler many summers ago and not how a workplace should be at an investment bank or any corporate setting.

  33. Audio tape and screenshot of numerous late night texts and phone call llogs have been distributed. When the time comes, speak truthfully, speak honestly, speak courageously, and speak together before compensation/bonus day next week and the "holiday"/grope party where John Huwiler will spin this again as bonus related complaint or drunken behavior at a open bar holiday party. The Johns stop now.
