[23:43] Stopping near the river, just before arriving within the settlement of Crafthold. The young girl would twirl about standing before Airen. She'd take that ever so confident pose she always took when pretending to be the great Knight Ulyssa the Brave.

She shut her eyes tight, as if trying to remember something. It took a few moments. Nothing was happening during that time, she was just slowly deflating, curling a bit more into herself each moment.

It was a small thing at first, barely noticeable. Fatigue and exhaustion started to disappear. It'd be easy not to notice the aches from the long road vanishing. Yet, a rush of vigor would shoot through Airen as he stood waiting.

The next thing that became clear was a soft warmth radiating from the young girl, as if she was a heater. Next came the soft light, glowing like a fire the girl stood back up, radiance shining off her. Every second within her presence increased the sense of peace and energy from before.

With tear strained eyes she'd offer a bright smile to Airen. Quickly retaking the confident pose she'd had before, legs wider this time and hands on her hips.

"Ta'da!"

As she stood their brilliant in her own way, there was the faintest feeling of another. As if someone was watching the two youths from afar, though this would subside quickly in favor of the feeling of peacefulness.

[23:48] Airen stepped back a bit as the rush of energy hit him, "Woah!" he exclaimed as he staggered a bit - this surely caught him off guard.

After the moments passed Airen struck an excitable pose. "ULYSSSSAAA!" he cheered, jumping up and down a bit and pumping his fist into the air. "That was awesome!" he continued, his expression was that of a fan boy's. "You really are special, huh?"

He paused once again, "Are you keeping this a secret, is that why you wanted to come out here?

[23:51] Brought a hand up and whipped their face clean, before excitedly nodding their head up and down. Taking a step to wrap her arms around the older boy, giving his waist a warmth filled hug. With her face buried into his stomach she'd answer.

"I get nervous in front of other people and h- it doesn't work. So. . . I thought with just you I'd be able to do it, and I did!

As she spoke the aura would slowly fade back into nothingness. Leaving a cold feeling in the air, and a sense of being alone.

[23:53] Airen returned the sentiment with a hug of his own, "I'm glad you're comfortable with me." A soft expression faded onto his face. "You're truly a worthy knight, ya'know?" he spoke as he simultaneously raised a hand to pat her head.

[23:56] After a few moments she'd nod into his stomach, before stepping away. With a big smile she'd nod her head again, as if it needed to be agreed with a second time.

"Of course! I'm 'da best 'der is. Now common, Craftholds just 'dis way!"

As she spoke she'd twirl about and start to march along the river bank. Heading towards Crafthold down the way.
