Izumi is usually labeled as the “shy beauty of amniko”, her innocence being the main reason that she is so well-liked, especially by the boys. Despite receiving numerous confessions, though, she has never accepted one just yet. She’s not interested in love or dating, as she’s focused on doing her best to serve her kingdom, Amniko. And believe me when I say that Izumi has a loooong way to go.

Although, she’s already on a good start - she’s extremely kind-hearted, and is always smiling and greeting those serving in her castle or the villagers. She always takes the time to bake treats for people, giving them out whenever she can. Izumi is also very simple. She doesn’t ask for a lot, since she’s not that into big and extravagant dresses, parties, and makeup, either. She’d rather be out and about helping those who need it rather than focusing on herself.

But this girl is quite shy, especially when meeting new faces. She doesn’t know how to introduce herself, or take the initiative to make new friends because she’s so scared she’ll screw it all up. All the friends she has now have been the one to approach her first rather than the other way around.

And even though Izumi may seem like your perfect little princess, she does have flaws. Her innocence makes her a bit slow when it comes to getting things, especially if it’s something suggestive and sexual. This also allows her to be lead on too easily, putting her into trouble. Thankfully, though, her stubborn side prevents that from happening too often, but this side can be quite a burden, too. Once she has her mind set on something, absolutely nothing will prevent her from getting to the goal or making a decision. Sometimes this can be quite fatal, but she’s trying to learn from her mistakes.

Another thing Izumi is lacking in is organization. Her room is always a mess, her thoughts just as messy, and she can never keep anything in order. This has caused her to lose important assignments and documents, so everyone stopped trusting her with such things because the next second, they can disappear to who knows where.



Background ;

Izumi grew up as a kid who loved to daydream. She would always be chasing invisible dragons with a knight by her side and a sword in her hand. She would always be found drawing cute little things on the scraps of paper she could get her hands on, and singing lullabies to herself as she did so. It wasn’t hard to fall in love with the kid, but definitely hard to stop. She soon became loved by all in Amniko, especially when she grew up to be an innocent and kind-hearted girl that always went to the village to read stories to children and gift the older ones with food or blankets she sowed together or baked.
Her relationship with her parents was alright. Izumi sure loved them dearly, but as she grew older, there was always that pressure that hung around her when with them to always do her best and to not disappoint - especially since she was the heir to the throne. She always feels that they’re too uptight, and sometimes becomes doubtful about whether they love her or not because of their lack of time spent on her, as well as Izumi’s experience when it came to ruling.

At school, Izumi was neither a star student or one that failed. She was in the happy medium in terms of grades, and she was happy with it that way. Although, when it came to popularity, it soared through the roof. Her innocent nature quickly attracted suitors, and then came the confessions, which Izumi turned down one by one with a kind smile. Yet, even with all the love she got from guys, the girls hated her because she stole all the attention. Of course, Izumi never meant to, but they hated her anyways.

How she treats the kingdom ;
All of the people living in her kingdom are treated as her best friends, no matter how sketchy. Izumi is always giving out gifts to servants and villagers, and often heads to the town to read to the younger children, despite being advised against doing those things.

How she thinks of the kingdom ;
Izumi loves her kingdom, and the people who live in it, especially since it’s such a joyful place. Although, she worries what they will think of her being their queen when the time comes.

How she thinks of other kingdoms ;
Despite trying to think optimistic about the other kingdoms, Izumi is at fault when it comes to trust. She can’t help but be wary of the other kingdoms, but is ready to form alliances with them if it’s for Xylandia’s future (and for the hope of making new friends too).

How he acts to you ;
Just your hyper boy that screeches on a daily. He always keeps trying to hype Izumi up too but it’s just him being the energy of the pair. Chenle’s also extremely random and likes to scare Izumi a lot too. Their relationship is a mix of meme and fluff to be honest hehe.

How you act to him ;
Izumi always laughs at Chenle and his random acts, and never gets mad when he scares her. It’s obvious to others that she cares for him a lot, though, and you can never see the girl without him. Although, whenever Chenle tries to make her all hyped, she only gives him soft smiles and laughs.

How he thinks of you ;
Izumi’s a super nice girl in Chenle’s eyes, and cute just like him. Sometimes, though, he thinks she’s a bit too shy and calm for his liking, but he’s always striving to get her to break out of her shell and not be as uptight. He understands, though, especially since she’s under a lot of pressure with her coronation coming up and feeling like she’ll fail her kingdom. He always wants to help her to be the best queen she can be because hey - that’s what friends are for, right? (And also because he kinda really has a big crush on her so-)

How you think of him ;
Despite how obnoxious and hyper Chenle can be at times, Izumi loves the boy dearly - except...you know, just not in the “crush” sort of sense. He’s the sunshine to her day, though. She always finds herself happy when with him, especially because of his high energy and all. She’s thankful he doesn’t try to take advantage of her or make a move on her especially since they’re best friends, though, and always appreciates the surprisingly helpful tips he gives her regarding how to rule a kingdom.

How you/he confesses ;
Sometime before the coronation, Chenle just decides “screw it i’ma let her know” and just straight up tells her about his feelings only to get further embarrassed since Izumi doesn’t know what he’s getting at. Although, he finally manages to help her understand, but is left with an unclear answer, sadly.

First date Scene ;
It wasn’t really a date to Izumi, but it sure as heck was to Chenle. The poor boy put so much time and effort into setting up a picnic area (and even more to find a nice area) where they could eat and talk and just be in each other’s company.

Maybe it could also involve Chenle running around (and screeching and laughing, of course) with Izumi calmly watching him?
(rip i just want it to be soft and fluffy and i’ll be happy so yeah hehehe)

First Kiss Scene ;
wow um okay let’s see-
i think their first kiss shouldn’t be super dramatic...like it was only a small action with no reason behind it other than “screw it”.

okAy so - Chenle and Izumi were hanging out at some spot in the nature lol. Izumi was sitting against the tree, sewing together a new blanket with Chenle there watching and rambling and then I guess he just randomly decided to kiss her?? But it was after his confession though - he really wanted Izumi to know his feelings towards her so that’s why he decided to just straight up kiss her. And Izumi kinda just froze and stared at him...like “why did you just do that and wHat the hEck did you just do” and Chenle just laughs nervously before running away.
