**Constitutional Amendments of the Orchestral Republic:**

**1st Amendment:** Spam, meaning sending high amounts of messages at a time, is prohibited at all times. Violators of this rule face a demotion of rank or a kick from the Discord.

**2nd Amendment:** Changing the name or symbol of the government is illegal and subject to a kick. Exceptions to this are when the symbol/name is voted upon and mostly agreed.

**3rd Amendment:** Trusted members of the Orchestral Republic will be granted admin permissions. Admins in the Discord group should take a look at this Reddit post which details how to manage a server.

**4th Amendment:** The Orchestral Republic is a democratic-republic. Attempts to reform into a communist government are not allowed and are subject to a kick. Bullying is not tolerated and is subject to a ban.

**5th Amendment:** Abuse of power from admins is illegal and subject to a loss of power and possibly a kick.

**6th Amendment:** In case of failed government, start a new one and ratify more amendments.

**7th Amendment:** If someone is being mean to you, it is your federal right to be mean back to them.

**8th Amendment:** What happens in the chat, stays in the chat and between the members of the Orchestral Republic (like offensive propaganda and things meant to make fun of people). Violations of this rule will result in a ban, no exceptions.

**12th Amendment:** Kicking people out of calls is unfair and is illegal. Admins are allowed to kick people out, but you must specify the reason why and it has to be in good faith.

**13th Amendment:** No 18+ content in the main chat. 18+ content must be in the #nsfw channel in Discord.

**Sidenotes:** Anyone who was an original member of the group is automatically granted VIP membership. Any new member is considered a civilian.
