[インベーダー]が出現しました」
Lyle: Captain, [Invaders] have appeared in the area Londo Bell is currently fighting in.

シャア
「このタイミングでか」
Char: At a time like this?

ナナイ
「まさか、私達の思惑に気付いて…?」
Nanai: Could they have realized what we were planning...?

シャア
「こちらに仕掛けて来る素振りは?」
Char: Have they taken any aggressive action towards us?

ライル
「ありません。
ロンド・ベルのみを狙っているようです」
Lyle: They have not. They appear to only be targeting Londo Bell.

シャア
「我々がやろうとしていることは、
彼らにとって好都合というわけか」
Char: That would mean that what we’re attempting is beneficial to them in some way.

ナナイ
「人外の者達の意志を推し量れるでしょうか?」
Nanai: Can we even fathom as to what non-humans could be thinking?

シャア
「だが、こちらも戦力を失っている。私は出るぞ。
モビルスーツ以外の機体が[アクシズ]に
取り付いたら、落下前に分断されかねん」
Char: Regardless, we’ve suffered severe losses. I’m heading out. If machines other than Mobile Suits make it to [Axis], it could end up being split apart before it falls to Earth.

ナナイ
「大佐。もうお止めしませんが、
アムロを倒したら…」
Nanai: Captain. I won’t stop you, but if you do defeat Amuro...

シャア
「ああ、後はナナイの言う通りにする」
Char: Yes, then after that I’ll do anything you say.

ナナイ
「はい」
Nanai: Good.

シャア
「私の出撃後に
アクシズの落下コースを変え、最終加速を」
Char: After I’ve launched, alter Axis’s descent course for the final acceleration.

ナナイ
「そちらも了解です」
Nanai: We understand.

シャア
(重力に魂を引かれた者達を粛清するだけではない。
地球に巣くう災いの源も断つ…!)
Char: (I’ll not only purge the souls of those who’ve been bound by gravity. But also exterminate all sources of the tragedies that nest on the Earth...!)

「まもなく、アクシズの落着予想地点が判明する」
Fuyutsuki: Very soon we’ll know where Axis is expected to land.

ゲンドウ
「シャアの狙いはわかっている。
ここと、早乙女研究所を含む関東全域だろう」
Gendo: I am already aware of Char’s targets. He wants to destroy NERV and the Saotome Institute, along with the entire Kanto Region.

冬月
「気付いていたか」
Fuyutsuki: So you’ve noticed.

ゲンドウ
「ああ」
Gendo: Yes.

冬月
「演説では、人類が戦争を繰り返さないようにすると
嘯いたそうだが…彼は彼なりに事後の世界を憂い、
ここで禍根を一気に断つつもりか」
Fuyutsuki: In his speech, he declared that they must do whatever they can to prevent war from ever happening again... But in his own way, he worries for what awaits the world after this, and so seeks to eradicate the cause of it all at once.

ゲンドウ
「だからこそ、あの男は一度地球へ降り…
自ら標的を見定めたのだろう」
Gendo: That is why he descended to Earth himself some time ago... To identify his targets.

冬月
「その結果、核の冬が来るだけでは済まなくなる。
大罪人として、シャアは歴史に名を残すな。
その意味では、父親を大きく超える」
Fuyutsuki: The result of which will lead to much more than just a nuclear winter. Char will go down in history as one of mankind’s greatest sinners. In that sense, he’ll have far surpassed his father’s legacy.

ゲンドウ
「あの男にとっては、些細なことだろう」
Gendo:  That is a trivial matter to a man such as him.

冬月
「そう言い切れる理由は何だ?」
Fuyutsuki: What makes you say that?

ゲンドウ
「業の深さだ」
Gendo: He is burdened by sin.

冬月
(似た者同士だからと言うわけではあるまいが…。
いずれにせよ、後は碇の息子達に委ねられたな)
Fuyutsuki: (Can he say that because they’re two of a kind...? In any case, all we can do is entrust this to Ikari’s son and his allies.)

「特別機を手配した。
今なら、まだ間に合う。
宇宙へ上がろう」
Riddhe: I’ve made arrangements for a private craft. It’s still not too late. Let’s go up into space.

オードリー
「いえ、私はここにいます」
Audrey: No, I am staying here.

リディ
「だが、アクシズは最終加速をした!
ロンド・ベル隊は間に合わなかったんだ!」
Riddhe: But Axis has already begun its final acceleration! Londo Bell wasn’t in time!

オードリー
「あなたはあの部隊の一員だったのでしょう。
彼らの力を信じられませんか?」
Audrey: You were once a member of that unit, weren’t you? Do you not have faith in their capabilities?

リディ
「だが、フィフスの時のような奇跡が
二度も起きるとは思えない!
君に万一のことがあったら、俺は…!」
Riddhe: Not enough to expect a second miracle like what happened with Fifth Luna! If anything were to happen to you, I--!

オードリー
「私がアクシズの落下で死ぬのであれば、
そこまでだということでしょう」
Audrey: If I die from Axis’s fall, then I suppose that is simply as far as I was meant to go.

リディ
「だから、そうさせないために…!」
Riddhe: I’m doing this to keep that from--!

オードリー
「いえ、私はここで戦いの趨勢を見届けます。
宇宙へ行くなら、あなた1人でどうぞ」
Audrey: No, I will remain here and watch this battle unfold. If you want to go to space, you will do so on your own.

リディ
「くっ…!」
Riddhe: Grr...!

オードリー
(バナージ…私は、最後まであなた達を信じます)
Audrey: (Banagher... I will believe in all of you until the end.)

『逆襲のシャア』
Chapter 1 – Final Episode
Char’s Counterattack


(Scene begins on a map screen of space. The ships, the player’s team, and Amuro are deployed. Cowen, Stinger, and Invaders are on the map.)

トーレス
「ジェガン、回収しました!」
Torres: We’ve recovered the Jegan!

ブライト
「アクシズの落着予想地点は、まだわからないのか!」
Bright: Haven’t you confirmed where Axis’s drop point is!?

トーレス
「今、出ました!
80%以上の確率で、日本の関東地区へ落ちます!」
Torres: We’ve just found that out! There’s more than an 80% chance it’s going to drop on the Kanto Region of Japan!

ミサト
「何ですって!?」
Misato: What’d you say!?

凱
「それもシャアの狙いだったのか!」
Guy: So Char was targeting them too!

シンジ
「そ、そんな…!」
Shinji: N-No way...!

アスカ
「[NERV]に[GGG]、伊豆基地、早乙女研究所…
いの一番に厄介な所を潰そうって魂胆ね!」
Asuka: [NERV], [GGG], Izu Base, the Saotome Institute... What he really wanted was to smash his biggest threats all at once!

渓
「地下で眠る[真ドラゴン]だって、
ただじゃ済まないよ!
あいつら、どういうつもり!?」
Kei: There’s no way [Shin Dragon] sleeping underground is gonna stay sleeping after that! What the hell is he thinking!?

コーウェン
「グフフフ…」
Cowen: Gwahahaha...

スティンガー
「ウフフフ」
Stinger: Eheheheh.

隼人
「もしや、真ドラゴンを復活させるために…!?」
Hayato: Are they here to help bring about Shin Dragon’s revival...!?

弁慶
「15年前の重陽子ミサイルとはわけが違うぞ!」
Benkei: But this is different than the deuteron missile 15 years ago!

隼人
「アクシズが落ちれば、地球は滅亡への道を辿る。
どのみち、連中にとっては好都合だろう」
Hayato: If Axis falls, then the Earth will be on the path to ruin. Regardless of what happens, it’s only beneficial for them.

童馬
「インベーダーの目論見なんざ、どうでもいい!
確実なのは、あいつらを始末しなきゃ
アクシズを止められねえってこった!」
Ryoma: I don’t care what the Invaders are planning! I just know that if we don’t deal with them, we’re never gonna stop Axis!

トーレス
「[ネオ・ジオン]の第三波、来ます!
サザビーです!」
Torres: [Neo Zeon]’s third wave, incoming! It’s the Sazabi!

ブライト
「シャアが出て来た…!
クサナギとオケアノスへ伝達!
アクシズへ突入させろ!」
Bright: Char is coming...! Send word to the Kusanagi and the Oceanus! Have them break into Axis!

(Char appears along with several Geara Dogas.)

シャア
「お前達を阻止する者がこうも現れる。
天は私に味方をしたということだ、アムロ」
Char: It seems there are others that wish to obstruct you. I’d say luck is on my side, Amuro.

アムロ
「よく言う![ニュータイプ]部隊を失ったから、
お前が出て来たんだろうが!」
Amuro: As if! You had to come out here yourself because your [Newtype] team was wiped out!

シャア
「アクシズを確実に地球へ落とすためにも、
これ以上は接近させん」
Char: I’m here to ensure Axis falls to Earth, which is why none of you will be going any further than this.

アムロ
「まだアクシズは目の前にある!
俺達の手で、落下を阻止してみせる!」
Amuro: I can still see Axis in front of us! We’ll stop it with our own hands!

カミーユ
「あなたにこれ以上の罪は犯させませんよ!」
Kamille: I won’t let you commit anymore atrocities!

シャア
「贖罪などするつもりはない。
事が成就すれば、私は父ジオンの下に
召されるだろう」
Char: I have no plans for redemption. Once this is all over, I’ll be joining my father, Zeon.

アムロ
「人の革新を信じ、
一度は[ジオン]を捨てた男の言うことか!」
Amuro: This coming from a man who once tossed aside [Zeon] and claims to believe in human evolution!

(Battle 1 begins.)

(Battle 1 ends when either all Invaders are defeated or Char’s HP falls below 70%.)

シャア
「…そうだ、食い付いて来い。
あともう少しだ」
Char: ...That’s right, keep coming after me. I just need a little more time.

コーウェン
「時間は稼げたね、スティンガー君」
Cowen: I would say we’ve bought enough time, Stinger.

スティンガー
「う、うん、そうだね、コーウェン君。
後は放っておいても良さそうだね」
Stinger: Y-Yes, you’re right, Cowen. I think we can let him handle the rest.

(All Invaders leave the map.)

トーレス
「インベーダーの反応、消失しました!」
Torres: All Invader readings have disappeared!

ブライト
「今の内にアクシズへ取り付け!」
Bright: Hurry to Axis while we have the chance!

シャア
「インベーダーがここで退くとは…。
ナナイが言った通り、人外の思惑は推し量れんな」
Char: The Invaders have pulled back... Nanai was right, we can never understand what these non-humans could be thinking.

ナナイ
「大佐、ロンド・ベルの別働隊が
南から回り込んで来ます。このままでは
4番艦が狙われかねません」
Nanai: Captain, a Londo Bell detached force has circled around to the south. As it stands, they may target Cruiser 4.

シャア
「クェスとギュネイを失った今、
止められる者はいないか。
了解した、私が向かおう」
Char: And with Quess and Gyunei gone, there’s no one left to intercept them. Understood, I’m on my way.

ナナイ
「お願いします」
Nanai: Thank you, sir.

シャア
(口ではああ言いながら、気を回したな。
だが、アムロは私を追ってくる)
Char: (Despite saying that, I think she’s overthinking things. Regardless, Amuro will still chase after me.)

(Char leaves the map.)

トーレス
「サザビー、現戦域から離脱!」
Torres: The Sazabi is withdrawing from the battlefield!

ミサト
「こちらの狙いに気付かれた!?」
Misato: Did he figure out what we’re doing!?

アムロ
「シャアは俺が抑える!
みんなは、アクシズの分断を頼むぞ!」
Amuro: I’m going after Char! Everyone else, focus on breaking Axis apart!


(Scene begins on a map screen of Axis. Char and Amuro are on the map.)


アムロ
「シャア!」
Amuro: Char!

シャア
「アクシズは既に阻止限界点を突破した。
後は、地球へ落ちる物を
少しでも小さくするしかない」
Char: Axis is already past the point of no return. All you can do now is try to break it down as much as possible before falling to Earth.

シャア
「アムロ、その作業に加わらなくていいのか?」
Char: Amuro, won’t you join me in this?

アムロ
「お前を見過ごすつもりはない!」
Amuro: I can’t just ignore everything you’ve done!

シャア
「ならば、ララァが死んだ時のあの苦しみ!
存分に思い出せ!」
Char: Then remember the pain you felt when Lalah died! Remember it well!

(Char attacks, Amuro dodges.)

アムロ
「情けない奴!」
Amuro: You’re pathetic!

シャア
「貴様こそ、その力を無駄に消耗していると、
何で気が付かん!」
Char: Me!? Why won’t you realize you’re the one wasting your precious talents!?

アムロ
「世直しのことを知らないんだな。革命は
いつもインテリが始めるが、夢みたいな目標を
持ってやるから、いつも過激なことしかやらない」
Amuro: You don’t know a thing about world reformation. It always starts the same. Revolutions are sparked by intellectuals, living in their dream worlds, always seeing things in extremes.

アムロ
「しかし、革命の後では気高い革命の心だって
官僚主義と大衆に呑み込まれて行くから…」
Amuro: But, once the revolution’s over, that spirit always drowns in bureaucracy and a mob mentality...

アムロ
「インテリはそれを嫌って、
世間からも政治からも身を引いて、世捨て人になる。
だったら…!」
Amuro: That drives intellectuals crazy, which is why they isolate themselves from society and politics. Eventually--!

シャア
「私は、世直しなど考えていない!
愚民共にその才能を利用されている者が
言うことか!」
Char: I don’t care about world reformation! Just look at yourself! Those ignorant people are the same ones using you for your abilities!

アムロ
「そうかい!」
Amuro: You think so!?

(Char and Amuro rush each other and attack.)

シャア
「くっ!」
Char: Agh!

アムロ
「このくらい!」
Amuro: That was nothing!

(An explosion shakes the screen.)

シャア
「これは!」
Char: That was...!

アムロ
「分断に成功したか!?」
Amuro: Did they break it apart!?

シャア
「存外早い!想定以上の破壊力か!」
Char: That was faster than expected! Stronger too!

アムロ
「これが俺達ロンド・ベルの、
ディバイン・ドゥアーズの力だ!」
Amuro: That’s Londo Bell’s--the Divine Doers’ power!

シャア
「神聖なる実行者だと…!?
だが、勢い余ったようだな!」
Char: So you enact acts of the divine, do you...!? However, it seems you got ahead of yourself!

アムロ
「何だと!?」
Amuro: What!?


(Scene changes to a map screen of Axis’s exterior. The four ships, the player’s team, Kamille, and Banagher are deployed. Several Neo Zeon mechs are on the map.)


ブライト
「本当か、葛城二佐!?」
Bright: Are you sure, Lieutenant Colonel Katsuragi!?

ミサト
「はい!前の方は地球から離脱しますが、
後ろの部分が爆発でブレーキを
掛けられましたから…!」
Misato: Yes, sir! The front half heading for Earth broke off, but the explosion decelerated the back half...!

ブライト
「軽くなって落ちないはずだ!」
Bright: But it’s mass should have decreased enough that it won’t fall!

ミサト
「アクシズを分断させる爆発が強過ぎたんです!」
Misato: The explosion that broke it in two was just too strong!

ブライト
「シャアの手伝いをしたのか…!」
Bright: We’ve ended up HELPING Char...!

豹馬
「だったら、
超電磁スピンでアクシズを砕いてやらあ!!」
Hyoma: If it’s come to this, then we’ll smash Axis with our Super Electromagnetic Spin!

ミサト
「駄目よ、地球に近過ぎる!」
Misato: You can’t, it’s too close to Earth!

豹馬
「え!?」
Hyoma: Huh!?

リツコ
「ここでアクシズを粉砕すれば、関東地区への
直撃は阻止できる。でも、その代償として
無数の破片が地球各地へ降り注ぐことになる」
Ritsuko: If we were to break Axis into fragments here, we would avert a direct hit onto the Kanto Region. However, it would be at the cost of countless of those fragments raining down in various locations.

リツコ
「結果的に、大惨事は免れない。
NERVが想定していなかった
サードインパクトが起きるのよ」
Ritsuko: Either result will lead to a catastrophe. This is a kind of Third Impact NERV had never envisioned.

ミサト
「だからと言って、諦めるわけにはいかないわ!」
Misato: Even saying that,  it doesn’t mean we can just give up!

リツコ
「なら、アクシズ後部を落下コースから逸らすか、
完全に消滅させるか。そのどちらかしかないわよ」
Ritsuko: Then our options are to divert the back half of Axis’s course, or get rid of it completely. It’s one or the other.

ミサト
「完全消滅…ハーザがゲートを開いてくれれば!」
Misato: Get rid of it completely...? If only we could tell Haza to open a Gate!

メグ
「ディド!!」
Meg: Dido!!

ディーダリオン
「彼女は応えない…俺もゲートを開けない…!
俺は力を持ちながら、こんな時に…!」
Didarion: She isn’t responding... And I can’t open one either...! I know I have the power to do it, but when it counts, I...!

(Char appears.)

シャア
「私の勝ちだな、ロンド・ベル。
これ以上の抵抗は無意味だ」
Char: I’ve won, Londo Bell. There’s no point in struggling any longer.

カミーユ
「アクシズが地球へ落ちる様を
黙って見ているつもりはありませんよ!」
Kamille: We won’t just stand aside and watch Axis crash into Earth!

シャア
「進退窮まったとわからんのか、カミーユ」
Char: Don’t you understand that your fight is at its end, Kamille?

(Amuro appears.)

アムロ
「誰もまだ敗北したと思っちゃいない!
それに、お前も俺達の力を警戒し、
ここへ来た!違うか!?」
Amuro: No one thinks we’re beaten yet, not even you! You came out here because you’re worried about what we might do! Isn’t that right!?

シャア
「フッ、そうだな」
Char: Heh, quite right.

アムロ
「なら、お前との因縁を断ち切らせてもらう!」
Amuro: And now, I’m going settle things between us once and for all!

シャア
「それでこそ私のライバルだ!」
Char: That’s what makes you my rival!

アムロ
「これで終わりにするぞ、シャア!」
Amuro: This is where it ends, Char!

(Battle 2 begins.)

(This exchange triggers if Amuro battles Char.)

アムロ
「俺は諦めない!
お前を倒し、アクシズを止めてみせる!」
Amuro: I won’t give up! I’ll defeat you and stop Axis!

シャア
「地球上に残った人類などは、
地上の蚤だということが何故わからんのだ!?」
Char: Why don’t you realize that the people still living on Earth are just vermin infesting it!?

アムロ
「だからと言って、地球を巻き添えにするなど!」
Amuro: Even if they are, you didn’t have to take it out on the planet itself!

シャア
「愚民共と心中する気か!」
Char: You’re going to get yourself killed for fools like that!?

アムロ
「お前を仕留めなければ、
死にきれるもんじゃない!」
Amuro: I won’t die until I’ve brought you down first!

(This exchange triggers if Banagher battles Char.)

シャア
「箱の鍵はもう必要ないが、
ミネバやハマーンにユニコーンを
渡すわけにはいかん。ここで破壊する」
Char: The key to the box is no longer necessary, but I still can’t allow it to fall into Mineva’s or Haman’s hands. So I’ll destroy it here and now.

バナージ
「あなたの都合なんて知ったことか!」
Banagher: I don’t give a damn about your motives!

シャア
「だが、我々の関与があったからこそ、
その機体が作られたのだぞ」
Char: So you say, but without us, that Suit of yours would have never been built.

バナージ
「何!?」
Banagher: What!?

シャア
「箱とは関係なく、
ユニコーンは後々に災いの種となりかねん。
だから、その存在を抹消する!」
Char: Regardless of what the box is, the Unicorn will only cause more trouble later on. So I’ll eliminate it!

(This exchange triggers if Kamille battles Char.)

カミーユ
「あなたがやろうとしてることは
世直しなんかじゃない!ただの虐殺だ!」
Kamille: What you’re doing isn’t world reformation! It’s slaughter!

シャア
「共に[ティターンズ]と戦ったお前なら、
私の真意を理解できると思っていたがな…!」
Char: I thought that you of all people, one who fought against the [Titans], would understand me...!

カミーユ
「手段が間違ってるんです!
シャア・アズナブルの名前を使えば、
他に出来ることがあったはずでしょう!」
Kamille: It’s your methods that are the problem! There must have been some other way you could have used the name “Char Aznable”!

シャア
「状況を見ろ。地球はもうもたん。
時間を掛けて革新を行う余裕などない。
だから、私は…」
Char: Look around. The Earth won’t last much longer. There’s no time to wait for evolution to happen. That’s why I--

カミーユ
「そんな言い訳!
あなたは、死んでいったエマ中尉達を
何だと思ってるんです!?」
Kamille: That’s no excuse! What do you think Lieutenant Emma and the others died for!?

シャア
「綺麗事だけで世界は正せんのだ、カミーユ!
お前にもいずれわかる時が来る!」
Char: The world can’t survive on kindness alone, Kamille! One day, you will come to understand that!

カミーユ
「だからって、俺は地球を潰す側には回らない!」
Kamille: Even if it does, I’d never agree with destroying the planet!

(Battle 2 ends when Char’s HP falls below 20%.)

シャア
「パワー負けしている!?」
Char: I’ve lost power?

アムロ
「怯んだな!」
Amuro: He felt that one!

シャア
「何!?戻れと言うのか、ナナイ!
男同士の間に入るな!」
Char: What’s that!? I’m to retreat!? Nanai! Don’t interfere in a battle between men!

アムロ
「シャア!その業を消し去ってやる!」
Amuro: Char! I’m going to wipe away your sins!

シャア
「そんな権利がお前にあるのか!」
Char: Who gave you that right!?

アムロ
「あるさ!」
Amuro: I did!

(Amuro uses Fin Funnel against Char. A battle animation begins.)

アムロ
「仕留める!」
Amuro: I’ll take you down!

アムロ
「いけっ!フィン・ファンネル!!」
Amuro: Go! Fin Funnels!!

アムロ
「このまま一気に押し込む!」
Amuro: I’m going all in!

シャア
「ア、アムロッ!!」
Char: A-Amuro...!!

(Battle animation ends. Char’s mech explodes.)

アムロ
「脱出ポッド!?逃がすか!」
Amuro: An escape pod!? You aren’t getting away!

シャア
「私を捕まえたところで、趨勢は変えられんぞ!」
Char: You may have caught me, but it’s too late to change anything!

アムロ
「ふざけるな!
たかが石っころ一つ、ガンダムで押し出してやる!」
Amuro: So you think! It’s just a stupid rock! Gundam can push it back!

(Amuro leaves the map.)

カミーユ
「アムロ大尉!!」
Kamille: Lieutenant Amuro!!


(Scene changes to Axis falling to Earth.)


シャア
「馬鹿なことは止めろ!」
Char: This is preposterous!

アムロ
「やってみなければわからん!」
Amuro: Why don’t we find out!

シャア
「正気か!?」
Char: You’re insane!

アムロ
「貴様ほど急ぎ過ぎもしなければ、
人類に絶望もしちゃいない!」
Amuro: I’m not as impatient as you are! I haven’t lost faith in humanity!

(Amuro flies to Axis and starts pushing it.)

シャア
「アクシズの落下は止められんぞ!」
Char: You can’t stop Axis’s descent!

アムロ
「νガンダムは伊達じゃない!」
Amuro: This Nu Gundam isn’t just for show!

シャア
「モビルスーツ1機で何が出来る!」
Char: What can one Mobile Suit possibly do!?

アムロ
「この期に及んで、怖じ気付いたか!」
Amuro: Are you losing your nerve now, here at the end!?

シャア
「生命が惜しかったら、
貴様にサイコ・フレームの情報など与えるものか!」
Char: If I feared for my life, I’d have never dared to give you the Psyco Frame data!

アムロ
「何だと!?」
Amuro: You what!?

シャア
「情けないモビルスーツと
戦って、勝つ意味があるのか!?
しかし、これはナンセンスだ!」
Char: What’s the point in winning against a pathetic Mobile Suit!? Even so, this has become absurd!

アムロ
「馬鹿にして…!
そうやって貴様は、永遠に他人を
見下すことしかしないんだ!」
Amuro: You’re so arrogant...! You always have to look down on other people!

(Amuro’s mech begins glowing and the light wraps over Axis.)

アムロ
「こ、この光は!?」
Amuro: Wh-What is this light!?

シャア
「何だ!?何が起きている!?」
Char: What!? What’s going on!?

(Several other Divine Doers mechs appear and start pushing Axis.)

甲児
「アムロ大尉だけにいい格好はさせねえぜ!」
Koji: You’re not gonna hog all the glory, Lieutenant Amuro!

アムロ
「甲児!?」
Amuro: Koji!?

龍馬

Amuro: ! Is that it!? Is that why you used Quess like she was a machine...?

「そうか、クェスは父親を求めていたのか。
それで、それを私は迷惑に感じて、

Torres: Captain, the surviving Neo Zeon ships are withdrawing!

Bright: Then send out a search party for Amuro and Banagher!

今はほとんどの機体が消耗していて…!」
Misato: But, most of our units are out of energy now...!

Koji: Dammit, it just doesn’t stop! And we still haven’t even found Lieutenant Amuro or Banagher!

アクシズの欠片を破壊するぞ!」
Benkei: Koji, Hyoma, Kenichi! We’re the only ones that can manage to still move! It’s up to us to smash that Axis fragment!

Hyoma: But, I can’t even use the Super Electromagnetic Spin!

Kei: Can’t believe a Boazanian swooped in to save the day...

「シャアが落とした隕石を
異星人が防いだなんて…皮肉ね」
Misato: Of all things, the aliens ended up stopping Char’s meteor drop... It’s ironic.

Bright: All that’s left is to find Amuro and Banagher--

Torres: We’re detecting something approaching from 10 o’clock, 5 degrees below! There’s 1--no, there’s 2 readings!

Misato: Two...? Is it them!?

「ええ、Hi-νガンダムとユニコーンです!」
Torres: Yes, it’s the Hi-Nu Gundam and the Unicorn!

Banagher: Are you awake, Lieutenant Amuro?

目が覚めたら、ユニコーンが
こうやってHi-νガンダムを…」
Banagher: I don’t really know myself. When I woke up, the Unicorn and the Hi-Nu Gundam were just kind of here...

「それもわかりません」
Banagher: I don’t know what happened to him either.

A base on an asteroid from the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, built by survivors from the Principality of Zeon that fled the Earth sphere after being defeated by the Earth Federation Forces during the One Year War.
It can also be used to refer to the military force stationed there.

One one hand, they are known to particularly apt at understanding their peers due to their high awareness and perception skills; on the other hand, Newtypes are often revered as some of the greatest ace pilots due to their exceptional talent.
