  1. Have you experienced a trance?
  2.  
  3. We go into them all the time, when we’re focused on something and we lose track of time, that floaty feeling.
  4.  
  5. Thats a type of trance.
  6.  
  7. Now I want you to take a moment to get comfortable, adjust yourself wherever your sitting, wherever you’re lying down.
  8.  
  9. So that you’re in more a comfortable position.
  10.  
  11. You can let yourself fidget, adjust, itch, whatever you need while you do this. It won’t affect the trance
  12.  
  13. But in a few moments, you’re going to find yourself in a nice, hypnotic state.
  14.  
  15. It is a state where all you must do is listen to my voice and follow the instructions just like you’re doing now.
  16.  
  17. Now

  19. Let’s begin.
  20.  
  21. I’d like to ask you to take a nice deep breath.
  22.  
  23. And when you do you’re going to take a deep breath in and let it out, as you do so you’ll relax your body.

  29. Breath out

  33. Now when you breath in next time, if you haven’t already I want you to close or if they are closed relax your eyes until you physically cannot open them anymore.

  35. I’ll give you a couple seconds to do that.

  38. Now I want you to imagine that relaxation feeling spread through the rest of your body whenever I instruct you to breath

  40. Deep breath in

  43. And

  45. A Deep breath out

  47. Let that wave of relaxation course through your body.
  48.  
  49. You may begin to feel heavier; you may begin to feel that tension leave your head, your shoulders, your body.

  51. Deep breath in

  53. And
  54.  
  55. Deep breath out.
  56.  
  57. There are a lot of people that incorrectly believe trance can take some time.
  58.  
  59. But that can’t be further from the truth.
  60.  
  61. it’s more like a skill or exercising a muscle, and the more you do it the more skilled or stronger you get.
  62.  
  63. And the real truth is you may have already felt your fingers sticking together a bit, or you might feel your body feeling heavier than normal, or your eyelids feeling incredibly relaxed and completely difficult to open.
  64.  
  65. Either way this is a light trance, and a part of you realizes this innately. The part of you that’s listening to my voice.
  66.  
  67. And the more you listen, the more relaxed you become.
  68.  
  69. And more you listen, the deeper you can get into this empty feeling.

  71. Deep breath in
  72.  
  73.  
  74. Deep breath out
  75.  
  76. And the deeper you go
  77.  
  78. The deeper you get
  79.  
  80. And the deeper you get

  82. The heavier you will find yourself.

  84. More and more relaxed

  86. Pulling down deeper, heavier, and more in trance with every, word, spoken.

  90. And even though you think you’re completely relaxed right now

  92. each count may relax you further and further.

  94. 10 Sinking so much deeper into your seat or bed.
  95.  
  96. 9 your eyes feel so much heavier

  98. 8 your feeling more relaxed
  99.  
  100. 7 letting go of your stress
  101.  
  102. Now, I want you to take a deep breath

  104. Breath in
  105.  
  106. And breath out

  108. 6 floating deeper and deeper

  110. 5 floating from the world

  112. 4 enveloped in that feeling

  114. 3 it’s like you’re falling away from yourself

  118. And even how deep you are now, we can start again and pull you even deeper than you thought.

  120. 5 feeling even emptier

  122. 4 getting closer and closer to that floating feeling

  124. 3 and the more i count the faster you fall away.

  126. 2 and the faster I go the faster you sink away.

  128. And for how deep we are, if you would want too, you can sink deeper and deeper

  130. As I count down from three
  131.  
  132. Three sinking into that spacey feeling faster
  133.  
  134. Two sliding down away, unwilling to stop the descent
  135.  
  136. And
  137.  
  138. One
  139.

  148. You love this feeling don’t you?
  149.  
  150. The feeling of bliss, of deepness, of emptiness
  151.  
  152. This could be a feeling that you would crave, more and more each time.
  153.  
  154. This is a feeling of control you love, my control.

  156. And in fact, I’d like you to repeat after me and you can do out loud or in your head if you want.:

  158. I feel deep
  159. I feel empty
  160. I feel… controlled
  161. I feel amazing
  162. I, feel, pleasure

  170. Now we’re going a step deeper.

  172. But first you can choose to take or not take anything you hear from this session.

  174. If there is a suggestion that does not resonate with you, I will have you sigh it out one last time before the audio ends keeping all the suggestions that you’d like instead.

  176. So, I want you to give that part of yourself that listens on the edge of hearing, more power to sift out things it doesn’t like. To hold on to that list temporarily.

  178. But I want you to take a moment to feel this feeling
  179.  
  180. To identify it
  181.  
  182. To absorb it
  183.  
  184. Its different for everybody
  185.  
  186. But almost everyone can do it.
  187.  
  188. Can feel it
  189.  
  190. Like you do now.
  191.  
  192. And I want you to imagine this feeling

  194. As something that you can grow and expand.
  195.  
  196. The more and more you practice with it.
  197.  
  198. The more and more compelling it may feel.

  200. Now

  202. I’d like to tell you a story.
  203.  
  204. Of a man who also craved control
  205.  
  206. This man, is modern man
  207.  
  208. He lives, he works, he relaxes
  209.  
  210. But he craves something
  211.  
  212. Something crucial, something missing
  213.  
  214. Control
  215.  
  216. More control than he can possibly imagine
  217.  
  218. More control than he was certain he was comfortable with.
  219.  
  220. But every day that passed
  221.  
  222. Every little decision wore him down further and further.
  223.  
  224. And every fantasy he ever stroked too, grew more and more intense
  225.  
  226. Until he was unable to stand his independence.
  227.  
  228. Until all he could crave, was control.
  229.  
  230. And you might even be able to identify with his plight.
  231.  
  232. As he could only dream and wish for more and more of his obedience.
  233.  
  234. More and more control taken away.
  235.  
  236. He, like you, may have listened to my voice, growing more and more addicted to that feeling of submission.
  237.  
  238. Too my voice, my control.
  239.  
  240. But first before I continue this story, id like you to repeat these words out loud or in you head

  242. Lets Begin

  244. Control is pleasure, control is bliss
  245.  
  246. Good
  247.  
  248. Now repeat after me again.

  250. Pleasure is control, Bliss is control
  251.  
  252. Good

  254. And I want you to notice you may be feeling a sense of pleasure after repeating that.
  255.  
  256. It may be because, just like that man I told you about. You may also feel the need for control, feel deep, feel spacey, feel empty.

  258. Because again repeat after me

  260. Control is pleasure, Control is bliss.
  261.  
  262. And as you feel more certain about my control

  264. And you feel surer about losing your own.

  266. These words, that you will repeat when heard

  270. You may think of repeatedly, over and over again

  272. Playing in your mind
  273.  
  274. And when I say the words “Control is bliss”

  276. You will repeat these words again like you are now:

  280. And sink into an incredibly deep and empty feeling.

  282. Into this space of trance and emptiness

  284. You will do so perfectly, and every time

  286. When you’re given the words

  292. Control is bliss

  294. Now that you know control is bliss, I am going to wake you up
  295.  
  296. And you’ll find that that when I say words, or when you the see the words “Control Is Bliss”

  298. You’ll be able to fall quite nicely down this place
  299.  
  300. This, emptiness
  301.  
  302. Down to a place where I control
  303.  
  304. On the count of 5
  305.  
  306. One, feeling your breath become more and more shallow
  307.  
  308. Two, feeling the energy coming back to your muscles
  309.  
  310. Three, feeling your body lighten on the edge of waking
  311.  
  312. Four, your brain is floating back towards the surface. So close to awakening, skimming the surface of that awakening
  313.  
  314. Control is bliss
  315.  
  316. Sinking fast
  317.  
  318. Sinking deep
  319.  
  320. Control is bliss
  321.  
  322. Just like we talked about
  323.  
  324. Control is bliss
  325.  
  326. Right down
  327.  
  328. Control is bliss
  329.  
  330. Deep…
  331.  
  332. And now you’ve sunk back here
  333.  
  334. Back to this place of obedience
  335.  
  336. Where you just give up trying
  337.  
  338. This place of my control.

  340. This place you may love to be in
  341.  
  342. This place

  344. My voice…

  346. Under MY control in this place.
  347.  
  348. But now we’re going to wake you up, wake you up on the count of 5.

  350. One, feeling your breath shallow
  351.  
  352. Two, feeling the energy come back to your body
  353.  
  354. Three, feeling your body lighten
  355.  
  356. Control is bliss

  358. And back down to the bottom,

  360. Sinking quicker and deeper

  364. Being able to float into that empty state

  388. Falling so perfectly to this place of submission.

  390. Control is bliss
  391.  
  392. Back to my control, your pleasure.

  396. I’m going to count to 5, and when I do, you will awaken, so fully trained to my voice.

  398. One your energy is coming back
  399.  
  400. Control is bliss

  402. And perfectly back down

  422. 3 you are now leaving this empty wonderful place

  424. 4 and as you leave, you will feel the world returning

  426. 5 skimming the surface of conciousness
  427.  
  428. And
  429.  
  430. 6 wake up now
  431.  
  432. Hello, feeling refreshed and amazing right?
  433.  
  434. Control is Bliss
  435.  
  436. Down so incredibly deep again
  437.  
  438. Far deeper than you’ve ever been before.
  439.  
  440. Maybe deeper than you ever thought you could be.
  441.  
  442. Deep down
  443.  
  444. Into my wonderful, control.
  445.  
  446. Into pure, submission, true control.
  447.  
  448. Now I’m going to continue that story
  449.  
  450. That man discovered hypnosis
  451.  
  452. And how good and amazing that deep empty feeling was.
  453.  
  454. The man would look in towards himself and saw inside.
  455.  
  456. That the submission, the obedience, the pleasure was a part of him all along.

  458. As he looked in at himself, he noticed a change

  460. He noticed that Control is bliss

  518. And when I do, because you may understand this trance feeling so well. Just like before you will be able to dive so deeply into this empty feeling, dive away from yourself into this deep, controlled feeling.
