Parker Kelly

Parker Kelly is a somewhat pale, blonde Irish girl. She has large, blue eyes, and her hair is blonde, done in twin curls which flow down the sides of her face. (Finding a good reference for this is hard. Closest I could find would be Luvia's two front curls here. http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/typemoon/images/f/fc/Luviagelita_sleeve.png/revision/latest?cb=20121213224947) Her build is quite athletic, but her form is currently covered by a shimmering black cloak. While open at the front, behind it one can only see darkness. When she has her hood on, a similar effect conceals her face, though her curls flow out of the darkness. She has pleasant facial features, which are somewhat soft, a small nose, well defined cheek bones and a small chin. She doesn't really do much in terms of makeup, as before getting the cloak she was always on the move as The Foundation's driver, and now simply doesn't have need or desire for makeup and the like. Before, she was always smiling and laughing, but now the smile is twisted and her laugh is maniacal, though at times her expression turns more melancholic.
