Glitchless Max% Adult

Get as many items as possible as adult using the glitchless ruleset. Timing starts when child link pulls the Master Sword in Temple of time.
Since it is not possible to beat the game without glitches without becoming child again (Child spirit) the timing ends when Adult link drops the Master Sword in Temple of time, as an indication that it's not possible get further in the game anymore without becoming child again.
To run this category, one must first beat the child dungeons by only getting the items needed to beat the child dungeons.

Not only that, but the child part should be beaten with the lowest possible number of permanent flags that can be set as an adult.
This means that you are for instance allowed to break the platform in the slingshot room in deku tree since adult link can't enter Deku tree in glitchless anyway, but you are not allowed to bomb the boulders leading to Lost woods in Goron city (You have to go via Hyrule field to enter Goron city/Lost woods).
You cannot raise the platform in DC. You cannot bomb any of the walls in DC beforehand. You are not allowed to do the child part of scarecrow song. Etc.

Since either Deku nuts or Slingshot is needed to beat Gohma. Slingshot has to be got as child and not deku nuts (Because deku nuts can be obtained as adult, which would count towards max%).
Also you have to start with 0 rupees and 0 bombs.

It's possible to enter shadow temple using Fire arrows + normal arrows which makes it possible to get the hover boots and therefore the route has been changed.

Jump down and then do the puzzle and kill the green poe

Play Serenade of water
Enter Water temple

Talk to ruto
Float up the water and then cast FW.
Enter the map room.
Quickspin the spikes and hopefully get bombs and then map.
Lower the water by playin ZL
Jump to the second floor, bomb wall and get key
Get key on the first floor
Get GS under the bombable floor and farm for arrows + bombs (13)
Warp back with FW
Set FW in the middle room
Go to the right after exiting the middle room and get the compass.
Go back and then do the hookshot trick to get up to the third floor.
Do the long jump to raise the water.
Get the GS in the platform room with precise hookshotting (14)
Hookshot up the platforms and enter next room
Hookshot your way to dark link's room.
Kill Dark link and get Longshot
Get GS in the vortex room (15)
Get the two small keys and then warp back to the middle room.
Get GS in the middle room (16)
Exit the middle room and go to the room before boss key room.
Set FW before entering this room
Get GS on the wall (17)
