- <title>Welcome</title>
- <p>Welcome and thank you for choosing to play the Raxpack 2 modpack for 1.11.2
- This modpack started out as an exercise to prove that, during a time when people were sticking their heels into 1.10
- that a modpack for 1.11.2 was possible. That we as a communnity should strive to keep pushing forward and explore
- what later versions of Minecraft have to offer.
- And so with that, Raxpack 2's theme was born. Exploration.</p>
- </page>
- <page>
- <p>Not only would it be about exploring a new version.
- But exploring new play styles.
- And exploring mods that normally take a back seat to other more popular mods.
- And of course exploring a richly detailed world created by some of the finest
- world generation our community has to offer.</p>
- </page>
- <page>
- <p>In the pages of this guide you will find not quests, but directions on what the Raxpack 2 has to offer
- and how to best deal with some of the challennges within. So if you get lost. Or a mod you are familiar with
- doesn't behave in a way you expect. Come back to this guide and take a look.
- I really hope you enjoy this pack and keep exploring both literally and figuratively.
- Much Love.

- <title>Getting Started</title>
- <p>Because Raxpack 2 uses Tough as Nails new players often get overwhelmed with the new survival elements.
- There are two new survival elements you now need to be aware of thirst and tempreature. Lets handle thirst first</p>

- <p>Lets make a Canteen. Or if cows are scarce some glass bottles.</p>

- <p>once you have either a canteen or a glass bottle the next step is to simply fill it. Find any water
- source and right click it with the vessel of choice. This will fill it with dirty water. this will keep you alive but
- much like rotten flesh will give you a "thirst" debuff which works much the same as the "hunger" debuff.
- If you want to avoid this you will want to clean the water. Start down that path by simply looking at uses for dirty water in JEI.</p>
- </page>
- <page>
- <p>A couple of things to note with gathering water is that the Canteen holds 3 drinks, while a glass bottle only holds one.
- Also that you can build a Rain Collector.</p>
