How and why to raid with a (maxed) level 3 skiller:

The combat levels of the monsters scale according to the average combat level of the party. This means that by including a level 3, the difficulty of the raid is the same as if there were several fewer players, and is faster to complete. Once basic supplies are obtained, such as seeds and herb secondaries, the level 3 will spend all of his time growing herbs and making potions, whatever is required for the team. That way the team is already prepared for Olm by the time they reach the end of the dungeon. As a curtious agreement, the level 3 then suicides with a full inventory of brews (with a few restores if necessary) in the Olm room, and the party drinks their overloads AFTER the level 3 suicides, to grant more points.

Overall, the raid is completed quicker, and does not lower the overall (or personal) number of points in the long term.
