- Alexithymiaa: (Way to go)
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph swung herself on her crutches dressed completely in her uniform through the very crowded carnival, being pushed this way and that as she made her way slowly over toward the cheerleader's booth. She nearly toppled over when someone checked her in the shoulder, taking a deep breath and continuing on until she reached the booth, nearly out of breath because that was a lot of work. Keeping her eyes down, she leaned heavily against the table they were selling merch at, trying to keep her balance. // Adam made his way through the carnival, stopping in to check on vendors one by one as he passed. Smiling at a few of the baseball team members who were up in the dunk tank, he gave them a little wave and turned to head over toward the games.-
- Tsaaq: Hayley was the sleepiest looking cheerleader every while she was at the booth. Waving lazily at everyone who passed, which was better than nothing. She furrowed her eyebrows as Steph approached. "Holy shit... What happened?" She asked with a concerned expression. // Bliss had been at the ticket booth talking to one of the security guards since I assumed she hasn't left them alone all day. "I just want to make it very clear that we don't want to just target random people but if there's cause for worry from anyone then perhaps you could be mindful-" She began to ramble. "I'm sorry, I feel like I'm bothering you. Am I bothering you?" She asked the giant stonefaced man.
- Covet: Cadence was at the cheer booth, managing the cash box. They’d made a decent amount of sales from the spirit merch, especially with an upcoming basketball game people were dying to go to because it was either going to be a miracle or at least “good” entertainment. She was in the process of figuring out how to run the sales of the booth while doing practice, because this broad didn’t think ahead for shit. She saw Steph hobbling towards them on crutches and let out an audible groan, “Fucking seriously Steph? The hell did you do now?” She asked her voice loaded with annoyance and attitude. “I guess this solves how we’re going to tender sales.” She mumbled and got up out of the chair so she could at least sit down.// Kelsey was getting warmed up for practice tonight having spent a good amount of time this last week busting her ass on practicing. The nerves from her meeting and all that keeping her up made her rather productive in doing that. // Eli saw Adam keeping an eye on things, he had a clipboard in hand, and a radio on his hip, feeling rather efficient like this as he checked in on people and in with security from time to time. So far the first day of the carnival was going pretty good. He spotted Bliss over by the ticket booth talking to a Security guard and made his way that direction, wondering if there was any need for concern.
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph let out a large sigh, moving her hand up to push her glasses up her nose. "Playing basketball. Apparently I'm not a very good basketball player. Go figure." She swung herself forward to drop down into the chair Cadence had just vacated, leaning over to unwrap the ace bandage from around her ankle and beginning to rewrap it even tighter than it had before. "I should be able to do small stuff though. Probably no jumping." // Adam stopped by the first game vendor to pick up their excess cash, putting it in the zipped ouch he was carrying with him and making his way over to the next game to collect their money as well. Once he'd made his round because he deemed it safer for the vendors not to have too much cash on them at once, he started back over to the ticket booth, seeing Eli and Bliss standing there. "Hey Eli, I made rounds and collected the cash for deposit." He held the zipped cash pouch out toward Eli, smiling at Bliss. "Everything alright?"-
- Tsaaq: "Oh wow... That sucks." Hayley muttered, she awkwardly shuffled away and went to glance at Kelsey. "Maybe we can test out the routine and people will throw money at us?" // Bliss turned and smiled at Eli, waving at him. "Oh everything is fine." She told Adam with a frim nod. "I was just having a conversation with one of the security guards about sensitivity in a crisis." She explained.
- Covet: She shook her head, “It’s fine. Whatever. We need someone to run the booth while we’re practicing anyways. You know the routines. I’d rather have you rested up for the game and competition. Just use the welcoming charm of yours to sell merch.” It wasn’t fine…Inside Cadence was screaming because it seemed like she was fighting every , any and all forces right now, “Yeah.. Like Hayley said, milk people with that guilt. Look sad and hurt or something. It works for the ASPCA” // “You should be resting, we can handle practice tonight.“ She said to Steph, looking concerned, then looked at Cadence and Hayley, “I like this idea, even if we don’t have Steph up there with us while we do it, I think we can get people to come and watch us at the very least.” She said ever optimistic, mostly because she was about as on cloud nine as she could possibly be. // Thank you, I’ll put this in the safe in the ticket booth, “ he said taking the bag from him, resting it on his clipboard pressed against his torso, “Ahh, I see. Everything looking alright? Nothing suspicious?” he questioned looking around at people having fun and all that.
- Alexithymiaa: "I'm not an emaciated puppy..." She mumbled under her breath in response to Cadence despite only being half right, propping her elbow onto the table in front of her and dropping her chin down into it to look sad because honestly she was sad. No one likes a sprained ankle. // Adam nodded to Eli and Bliss as they gave their own individual reports, turning to glance over his shoulder at the buzzing carnival going on behind him. "Everything seems to be going pretty well so far. They're making tons of money over at the games. They're a big hit tonight."-
- Tsaaq: "You'll get better. You're basically X-23 at this point. You get hurt but you're better all the time." She said to Steph, shrugging. "Yeah... Plus we need the practice." She sighed, tossing her hair over her shoulder and getting in position. "Where do you want us to start?" She asked Cadence. // Bliss looked around then back to the two males. "Well everything looks fine... So far." She said with a nod. "I was just making sure." She sighed. "I'm glad everything is going well thusfar."
- Covet: “What’s that? No problem you’ve got it? Thanks Steph, you’re a huge help” She said her words dripping in sarcasm since she didn’t catch what Steph had said. She walked away from the booth, to the grassy area next to their booth, pulling on her braids as she closed her eyes for a moment. “Okay… The rest of us will get warmed up so we can start with the cheer routine first, then make our way into the dance. Have you guys been working on it more than last time? Please lie to me if you didn’t.” She said with a bit of sigh.// “Me and Hayley got together a couple of days and really hammered it out. Brad said it looked okay, but he doesn‘t really know what we‘re supposed to be doing, so he wasn‘t really hopeful. Maybe Steph could tell us how we look while we‘re doing it?” Kelsey suggested, because Steph deserved that much as she was still part of the team. // “Me too. Tomorrow, I’ll be in the dunk booth for a little bit. Hopefully the weather stays nice enough for that. I know it’s supposed to start getting nasty this weekend. Lots of rain.” Eli said speaking about the weather. “I don’t want us to get rained out here and lose out on money, since we’re doing so good.
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph blew out a deep breath, nodding to Kelsey as she spoke. "Yeah, sure. Its not like I don't know the routine and exactly how it's supposed to look so I'll tell you how you look and we can go from there on what needs improvement." Her eyes lifted as someone walked over to purchase a t-shirt, taking his money and sticking it in the cash box. // Adam looked down at his feet, nodding. "This place gets pretty muddy when it rains too, so it would be a disaster if it started to rain at any point during the carnival. I've been crossing my fingers we have good weather this week. It's supposed to get a lot warmer towards the end of the week, but this weekend and next week it's just all rain."-
- Tsaaq: She nodded her head as well. "Yeah. I've been practicing a lot." Hayley told Cadence with a slow nod. "I don't know if I've got it like the back of my hand but..." She trailed off then shrugged her shoulders. // Bliss' mouth fell open because the weather being bad sounded upsetting to her. Especially since she couldn't control it.. "Oh my goodness. Good thing we scheduled the carnival these days then. I would be so saddened to see all this go to waste because of rain." She frowned.
- Covet: “Well that’s good. Thanks for getting together to work on it. I appreciate it. “ She said to Kelsey and Hayley. “Yeah that’d be helpful, thanks Steph.” She said without the attitude this time, because really she needed an outside view to see how they looked all together. “If your stretched and ready to go, then let’s get into position.” Cadence said, standing front and center with her hands behind her back and her legs spread apart. As she started she stepped her legs together, and called out loudly, “Ready? Okay!” She called out the cheer, trying to gain attention from people as they walked by, treating this practice as a trial run for the upcoming game at the very least. // “I’m sure you’ve got it, Hayley. Especially if you’ve been practicing too.” She said all encouragingly, since she was all about that team spirit. She got into position and kept herself in time with the routine as Cadence called out, adding her voice as well, projecting from the diaphragm .// “Well at least it will be warm before it gets bad. Course that just sounds like a bit of a tease.” Eli said with a chuckle, then ducked into the ticket booth to drop the bag of cash into the safe with the other’s they’d collected during the day. When he came back out he looked at Bliss, “Looks like we’re definitely going to have to do a bank run tonight before we get home to make a deposit.”
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph kept her eyes on the girls as they did their cheer, nothing that not a single one of them was smiling and they're fucking cheerleaders. She sat up a bit straighter at the table, plastering a very fake and cheerful smile onto her face and digging her fingertips into the sides of her cheeks in attempt to draw attention to the smile thing. // Adam smiled, slipping his hands into his pockets. "I really think we lucked out with our schedule this week. There's no way we could have planned for the weather any better. Although maybe a few more tents and covered booths would do the trick, but no one really wants to deal with that."-
- Tsaaq: She inhaled deeply and put her hands on her hips. "I sure hope so Kels." She muttered. Hayley forced a smile as she shouted along with the routine, attempting to be sharp and precise with her moves. // "I'll be sure to remember to do so." Bliss told Eli before frowning. "I really do hope the rain doesn't start during the week though... I know it's not supposed to but now I'm paranoid." She sighed then turned to Adam. "Perhaps, but like you said... Some people would rather scrap their booths all together during bad weather."
- Covet: Cadence watched Steph and picked up on her smile cue and stretched her cheeks into this big cheesey smile as she kept working her way through the cheer routine, making sure her motions were crisp and precise. // Kelsey who hadn’t been smiling, only because she was too focused on the motions, looked up and saw Steph, then put on a genuine smile, unfortunately she got off on timing by a half a beat and had to scramble to catch back up, “woops…” She said under hear breath./ “If it does, we’ll take it with stride, My Love.” Eli said putting his arm around her shoulder. “Do you guys want to take another quick walk around and see how everyone’s wrapping up for the night. We’re going go be closing up here soon for the night. We have security booked for over night as well?” Eli asked, not wanting things to be broken into or vandalized overnight.
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph dropped her hands from her face when the girls picked up on her smile cue, watching their routine and focusing in on Kelsey and the fact that she wasnt matching up with everyone else. "It actually looks really good. Kels, you're a little off. But other than that... it looks a lot better than I thought it would." // "Yeah, last I saw we had them booked overnight. But I can recheck the paperwork if you want me to. I'm going to head over to the food vendors and make sure they're turning off the grills and packing up for the night. I know it'll take longest to get them in order." He dipped away from Eli and Bliss, turning to head toward the back of the carnival toward the food people.-
- Tsaaq: Hayley's smile fell from her face once they were done with the routine. "What else did you want us to do?" She asked hurriedly, glancing over to Kelsey. "Just do the counting thing in your head." She said quietly. // She sighed and continued to pout. "Yes, I suppose." She said. "Oh yes. That will be happening. No mischeif this year." She laughed. "Oh alright Adam, thanks so much. You're doing a great job!"
- Covet: “Okay, let’s get set up for the dance, My phone should be there on the counter if you could pull up our song and hit play for us… please” She said adding the please, not intending for it to be an afterthought, but it sounded that way. She re-centered herself and got ready for the music to kick up// “I just need to remember to smile right at the get go, I forgot because I was focusing on the motions. Don‘t worry, I‘ll have it. “ She looked at Hayley and nodded her head, “Mhhm, I can do that. Thanks for that advice.” She said with a friendly smile as she got in position for the dance. //“Yes, Thank you Adam.!” He called out to him as he walked off then looked at Bliss, “So…Tomorrow, are you going to come by and dunk me in the water? I’ve got the slot before the end of the night, so I’m going to be freezing. I’ll need your bright sunshiney self to warm me up when I’m done.” He told her with a grin.
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph kind of glared at Cadence because she just automatically assumed she was giving her an attitude. Picking up Cadence's phone that I assume is unlocked because music, she hit play on the song, turning up the volume so the girls could hear it. She went to set the phone back down and resisted, slowly opening Cadence's messages and seeing Bryan's name towards the topish. Furrowing her brows, she clicked the message thread, beginning to read through their conversation. // Adam went from one food vendor to the next collecting money and giving them all the word to begin wrapping up for the night.-
- Covet: [Nosey bitch XD]
- Tsaaq: Hayley shrugged her shoulders. "It's okay." She said, patted Kelsey's shoulder. She prepared to get into position for the dance routine. // Bliss waved at Adam one more time before turning to Eli and giving him a flirty smile. "I'll be right there with a towel to warm you up." She said softly. "I don't want you to get sick or anything." She went to kiss his cheek.
- Covet: Cadence was focused on the dance and went through the motions until the song was over then looked over at Steph who was going through her phone, “Uh…How did we look?” She asked her wondering if she’d even paid attention to them. // Kelsey grinned and clapped once she had made it through the song, “Oh my goodness I feel like that was absolutely perfect. Was it perfect?” She asked Steph, who wasn’t paying attention. //“I couldn’t ask for more.” Eli gave her a kiss then pulled back, “I’m going to go check on the stage act and make sure all the sound equipment is locked up for the night. I’ll meet you back here to grab the money before we take off for the night?” He asked clarifying with her.
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph's head darted up from Cadence's phone, her face flushed red. Dropping the phone down onto the table, she looked straight at Cadence, pulling herself up to balance on her left foot with her hands planted down on the table. "You want to know how you look? You look like a piece of shit who talks about people behind their backs. That's how you look." She grabbed her crutches and situated them under her arms, swinging away from the table through the crowd. She made her way over to the ticket booth, breathing hard as she pulled out her own phone.-
- Tsaaq: Hayley's mouth opened wide once she stopped dancing and looked between Cadence and Steph. "Uhhhh...." She trailed off awkwardly then frowned. "I think I'm just gonna go home now." Hayley said quietly, her hands raised. // Bliss smiled up at him again before nodding her head. "Alright. I'll go do my rounds and then we'll head to the bank. Then we can go home and sleep with peace of mind."
- Tsaaq: ((Forgot to hit enter.))
- Covet: Cadence furrowed her brow as Steph looked at her and went off before she hobbled off all angry. She didn‘t feel guilty at all, but Steph‘s words hit harder than they should of. “Says the nosey bitch who just goes through people‘s phones without permission. Great. Well.. That’s practice… I guess I’ll get this shit boxed up for the night. You guys are free to go. “ She said to Kelsey and Hayley, waving them off as she started packing up the merch into totes that were under the table in their booth. // Frowning, Kelsey looked over at Hayley, speaking slowly, “Oh…okay. Are you catching a ride home with Adam tonight since he’s here?” She asked her, making her way over to her gym back to pick it up and sling it over her shoulder. //”Sleep? My first intention was to cuddle and then sleep with some peace of mind. “ He chuckled then went off to wrap up what he needed to for the end of the night.
- Alexithymiaa: -Steph put her phone away and started to swing out towards the parking lot so Felix could come pick her up. The end for me.-
- Tsaaq: "Yeah I'm going to do that." Hayley said. "No ride from you tonight." She called out, wandering off to find Adam so she could go home. // "Well, both sound good. We'll get into details later." Bliss said before taking care of her carnival business things.
- Covet: Cadence got things packed up then made her way home so she could crawl in bed and question how shitty of a friend she might be. // Kelsey waved at Hayley then made her way back to the dorms to pass out the end.
