STEP 2: TURNING THE UNREFINED INTO REFINED.

In order to make unrefined Necrodermis into refined you first need to make unrefined Necrodermis in the best possible state; this means heating it up until it is molten unrefined Necrodermis, and sifting the badness out of it. If this is not done your mixture will be impure and likely absolute shit. Once this is done you need to infuse the pure necrodermis into the heating to become molten Necrodermis, so it must be heated up and melted down to release all of the goodness into the metal. Once this is done you have to remove the it again, and then you should have a container of molten Necrodermis.

STEP 3: MAKING STRUCTURES/SWORDS.

There are actually two ways you can go about doing this,

METHOD #1: HAND-CRAFTED

This is a rather complicated procedure, it requires you to first pour the Necrodermis into an tray, and in this case you’ll need a rather long tray. After this is done it must be cooled until it can remain solid as an ingot. After this is done it must be reheated until it is hot enough to be malleable, this is where the complicated part comes in. You will need to hammer not only impurities within the metal, but also the shape of the material itself, by the end of this process the actual material itself should be made however it will be dull.

METHOD #2: MOLDS

Molds is the fast and easy way to make a Necrodermis structures, you just make a mold of the stucture, and you heat up the mold to harden, and then you pour the molten Necrodermis into the mold and let it cool. After that you break the mold and take out the newly molded structure, after that you just need to reheat it, and hammer out the impurities and slightly shape it.

STEP #3: Creating Spears/Swords

This process is easy, you need a sharpening block of some kind, a grinder is best, preferably capable of spinning rapidly (like a pedal powered one or even a windup one). After that you grind down the edges of the sword, this produces the sharpness and the edge. After that the blade should have a relatively rough sharpening, after that you need to create some kind of grip, taking leather strips and wrapping it around the handle, and hammering Necrodermis rivets into it (a studded leather grip) should do the job nicely.
