few steps ahead of that Tomogara, toward us.”
The girl strained her eyes, trying to perceive the wrongness in the world. Soon, a sense
beyond sight, a sense honed through long years of training, detected the distortion.
“…I can see a strange sort of stagnation. Is that it?”
Wilhelmina nodded with a slightly satisfied expression, then immediately turned her gaze to
