You can skip magic bean now but get bombs instead since bomb skip wastes much time than before.
I compared this Jabu WW route and normal GTG Chus route from some runs video, then Jabu WW route was 10s faster.
So maybe Jabu WW route is slightly faster than GTG Chus route (not slower at least unless I missed something).

・WESS/Pokey Escape, ocarina
・Go to Kakariko, Cucco for bottle
・Navi Dive to BotW
・Get a deku stick Ocairna Dive for Chus   (s1, c10)
・Savewarp, go out
・Go to city of Hyrule, DoT Skip

・Go to Kakariko, get Pocket Egg
・Graveyard, Hylian Shield, Hookshot
・Go to Kakariko grotto, get the fish (dupe over empty bomb)

・Bolero CS Skip with heat timer
・Save & don't continue to ToT
・7-8 Contortion Hovers to Ganon's Castle  (c0)
・Spirit Trial, get Trial Chus             (c20)
・Go out, savewarp to ToT
・HESS to Gerudo Valley                    (c19)
・Across the bridge with hookshot
・Gate Skip with megasidehop               (c18)
・Full Wasteland HESS                      (c17)
・Enter Spirit Temple

・Silver Block Skip with megasidehop       (c16)
・Go to main room, child side
・Blow up the wall rock, Spirit Chus       (c25)
・Equip Swap deku stick for child side key

・Pull out hookshot BEFORE Octoroks appear
・BE CAREFUL TO NOT BREAK/HIT BUBBLES
・Turn on switch with hookshot
・Open the first door after both Octoroks and both rocks disappeared
・Break both boxes and don't get a heart/rupee
  OR break both boxes and get a heart/rupee and pull out hookshot
