  1. vip does not "double the pace"
  2.
  3. you can train more alternative options at once - but your power level is the same as someone on that single path. a lot of the alternative effects would not even be active at once either
  4.
  5. Any elements in the store are cosmetic only or can only be used in the Eternal Kingdom player housing worlds (separate from the game campaign worlds)
  6.
  7. Anything you can buy via the store you will also be able to build for free via in game resources.
  8.
  9. winning campaigns is not about 'resource farming' - winning campaigns are about specific win conditions which can vary e.g. land control and sieging etc

  17. "While we also offer VIP membership and an online shop where you can buy cosmetic items and buildings for your eternal kingdom (see more information below), both are completely optional and will not affect your ability to play and enjoy the game"
  18.
  19. "CAN I SPEND REAL WORLD CURRENCY BUY IN-GAME ITEMS OR CURRENCY?
  20. Although you aren’t able to buy in-game currency from us, the Crowfall Store does have a number of items available for purchase, none of which offer “pay to win” benefits."
  21.
  22. "DOES VIP STATUS GIVE ME AN IN-GAME ADVANTAGE?
  23. No. Because you can only play one character at a time, VIP accounts and standard accounts are balanced on a moment-by-moment basis. VIP accounts offer more variety in playstyle, but are no more powerful.
  24.
  25. Our goal is to make the VIP membership entirely optional."
  26.
  27. "CAN I BUY RESOURCES (STONE, IRON, WOOD) FROM THE CROWFALL STORE?
  28. No. The only way to get resources will be to either earn them by participating in campaigns or by trading with other players."

  62. See also statement with regards the design and expectation of some high store prices.
  63.
  64.
  65. A few people will buy them, but not many. A handful of guilds, maybe.
  66.
  67.
  68. Mostly, they'll be crafted, which makes the numbers theoretical. When an eve battle results in "$150,000 worth of ships destroyed!" that is technically true, but most of it is virtual money. Do some people spend that kind of money? yes, but it's exceedingly rare.
  69.
  70.
  71. These are the biggest, most impressive strongholds in the game. If we want it to take a long time to build one (even for a large guild) then the resource cost has to be extreme. Multiply that out into theoretical dollars, and it's big numbers.

  83.
  84. HOW MANY SKILLS CAN I TRAIN AT ONCE?
  85. A standard Crowfall account may train one general and one class skill concurrently at any time. A Crowfall account that has VIP status (through the use of a VIP ticket that was purchased, gifted or traded) may train one general and three different class skills at any time. (See below for a description of ‘general’ versus ‘class’ skills.)
  86.
  87. Please note that you have to spread the three skills across three different classes; you cannot train multiple skills in the same class skill tree at one time. The reason for this limitation is to ensure that VIP status offers more options versus non-VIP, but not more power. VIP members do not get an advantage in general skills, but they DO have the benefits of having more variety in the classes they can readily play
