1-What feature do you want on e-wallet. / What do you want e-wallet tobeable todo
My Ideal e-wallet has to be able to replace the traditional currency flawlessly. Which mean it could be use anywhere, anytime and zero downtime. The company that manage e wallet must be plausible.
2-How frequent do you use e-wallet thing?
I rarely use it. Most of the time I used it is for online payment or online shop. It depend on discount promotion at that time.
3-What services do you usually use?
I use it to pay my internet and phone bill. Oh and tuition fee also, When the semester open. It take an hour to reach your queue.so it save a lot of your time by using online payment
4-What’s the problem of e-wallet on your opinion
 transfer fee or payment fee which traditional currency doesn’t have these charge.
Some of e-wallet company don’t have after-hours Customer service so if there’s some payment problem at midnight you have to wait until their opening hours. Fraud scam, those fake sms/email or phone call to persuade you to give them account detail.

5-According from last question.Which one is the most important.
Everything is important but security is the most important one.It could be from data leak to money loss and losing money is big deal!
6-What is the reason to use e-wallet?
It’s more secure and more convenient.well for some real world situation
When you’re carrying large amount of money It’s much more convenient and you don’t have to worry about your wallet got stolen and Unless you’re getting rob but most of the robber of theif wont force you to transfer those money since it’s take a lot of time and those transfer are traceable. Risking them to get caught.
Oh and sometime you cant pay with traditional money such as online payment or online shopping!
7-What are the e-wallet you use?
I used True wallet for payment in my favorite convenient store since they always have discount promotion for e-wallet.
Oh and Omise too.personally I think they have the best e-wallet system
