Okay, so here is my gripe with the trial run that i was super skeptical about. Dog asked the mod team and others in the moderation chat about how we felt about giving her the trial. Pretty much everyone said no. He did it anyway even when really valid points were brought up against it. If she manages to squeeze her way through the trial run with out incident, Dog thinks he can just demote her and not get back lash from her. First thing she did, and she admits to this is she *read all the way back in the mod chat logs to 2016*. Like, WTF, not even me or white_knight did that. There is a lot of shit *about her* in mod chat, and others. Which leads me to the this point. She now has intimate knowledge about things that Dog *never intended for her to have if this is just a pity trial run to shut her up*. Which means she has ammo for her untimely proposed demote....  That was the first red flag for me. Second, she is already trying to impose major design changes on the discord. Look in #Discord_Suggestions. She thinks she is a mod in Aelous as well. Third, the whole Discord knows she is going to keep that spot despite the "trial run" mumbo jumbo. I'm okay with people changing, but the fact that she changed *just to attain this role* is pretty scary to me. She is a good Dev and Tech support. But I dont trust her in positions of power. Ive always held this belief. The very quick and timely turn around at the mere mention she could one day be proposed a position of power here. It alarms me. Fourth, The old guard is in an uproar, and i dont blame them. They dont even know the whole truth... That last point being my biggest gripe. I joined FAF discord because the people in it had this jive going and people felt they had a little more freedom from Aelous. This Discord is my home and now my room mates are disgruntled and leaving. I wasnt a "popular" mod choice because of my limited amount of time in *playing the game im modding*. But I made an effort to learn about the people in this and the circles of friends they have and how they influence the community. BH leaving, is just the start imo. Im not trying to over react, im honestly concerned about the state of this Discord and friends in it i love.
