Sonic/Vanellope

As a young girl, Vanellope was wanting and earning to be in the races, just like her older cousin did. She did want a trophy for best young woman tracker.

Right before her dream, Sonic came to life to help her, she wanted to try out for the track team back in her school. She done all that hard work to try to train herself with her workout DVDs.  After being rejected by the coach, she did nothing but cry. She had to text her older cousin, who was living in a different state to let her know that she believe in her and she thought that that her racing blood was in her. Her cousin texts her, "just train more. I know you can get in."

So, in order to try again, she had to go back home after school and go straight to her treadmill. She had her iPod in her ears while running. She then, couple of hours later she injured her knee. She hated to forfeit the training , but, she had no other choice.


She had to go to the hospital with her friend, Tibby who just stood there by her since they were kids. Vanellope hated being there, dealing with the doctors and surgeons.

Ever since she was a kid, she was scared of doctors. They had to operate her knee and that took almost two hours. She had to be in there for two weeks and it was the trials for the summer tracks.So, she had no other choice but, to just stay there and sleep. She can only dream of reaching her goal, which is to be a winner like her cousin, who made it on her track team.

She had to think of someone like her who is speedy and fast that can help her win that race. While she was sleeping, she was thinking of someone. It could be an animal, race car, anything that can help her. She did remember seeing little hedgehogs running around and they were her favorite animals and she did have a little happy flashback.

She then thought of a hedgehog with shoes, wispy scales, and had a personality like her. She had to give this dream a name. “Sonic”. She whispered to herself while murmuring the name.

She then found the dream world and found that her dream, Sonic was there and it was what she wanted. He was blue, running around, and had that speedy style. She was pretty happy that her dream came to life and they spent some time with one another, just having some races. While racing, there was something that she discovered while running. She had that one power to "glitch" and she even ran faster than she did in reality. “Your pretty good.” Sonic said, with a small smirk across his face.

As she was going to hug him, a man teleported in front of her, which whom was smirking at her. “My, my Vanellope, you need more surgery.” He was a dream catcher that was after her. Not willing to deal with the "doctor" she had to run as quickly as she could to escape him.

Sonic did help her eventually by taking her to someplace safe across the dream world, but, felt like she was not going to be safe alone. So, he had to stay in safe areas for them to race around. She was afraid that the dream catchers would go after Sonic as well, so, she had to do something about this.

 So, after meeting many people, who could not help her, She had met a lady who did help people escape from dream catchers. So, she requested to become a shapeshifter and to make another blue hedgehog, whose name would also be Vanellope.

 So She had to get different look for her shapeshifting role. She thought that the only difference that her shapeshiftform would be that her version of “Sonic” would have a brown scarf, bigger gloves, and bigger shoes, and a deeper blue.

The lady told her to “close her eyes” and said, “They call me Sonic”. She then transformed into her own version of Sonic. Her form will be forever until someone comes and breaks her spell, which is someone simply pulling off the scarf to go back to her original self. She had high hopes that her shapeshifting form would stop the dream catchers from capturing her.

One day, after playing a game of hide and seek with Sonic,the "doctor" {dream catcher} showed up again and this time, he figured out their playing spot. She thought that in her dream, there was going to be no one going after her, but, she was wrong. Vanellope quickly tried to transform, but, the man quickly got the needle in her arm and she was in a deep sleep.

Sonic tried to run after the dream catcher, but, he quickly got away by using teleport and took her away. He had that determination to find her again from that doctor. So, he needed a different way to find his dreamer, which was Vanellope. “What would that guy want with her?” was all he thought in his head.
