Four Fates Under the Southern Sun PF, Session 22

The Spider Queen skulked ahead to scout, down the funnel shaped pass in the webs. She beheld another drider, two astral constructs, several psions, and a psychic warrior. Her presence evidently was noted upon her departure, and spider guards were summoned from below.

In the mean time, Vasileios, Luna, and Mira questioned their prisoner. Their prisoner appeared willing to share some of what he knew with his captors. They learned some important facts during their questioning.

- The Unseen Eye is likely a psion uncarnate, trapped below this place by some power beyond theirs.
- Psion Uncarnates are rare masters of a specific art. Very few of these creatures exist who have shed their bodies entirely.
- Only a master, like the unseen eye, may teach others the craft. It is passed from master to student directly, and by no other means.

They did not judge the risk of keeping him alive to be worthwhile, and dispatched him.

Cautiously, they advanced into the pit and faced their foes there. Utilizing their resources they successfully navigated the potentially perilous combat successfully, and without grave injury.
