Proposed Neutralization Method: SCP-239 was told to create an area around itself in which luck didn't exist.

Result of Neutralization Attempt: SCP-239 disappeared from baseline reality. It is currently believed it teleported to another location due to a loud pop being heard once it disappeared. The same results were met with other reality benders.
