Saratoga-chan (and the other girls) are preparing some promotional activities in the home port for the purpose of promoting charity.
Though, this years  theme is...
[To protect the blue seas let's search for the "Legendary Seal" with Saratoga-chan!] -it seems.
Saratoga: Therefore, let's go look for the "Legendary Seal", Commander!
Commander: ...??
Saratoga: Hurry up, hurry up! If you don't then the other girls will find the Seal first!
What... do you mean?
Saratoga: Ah, the commander hasn't heard about it yet? We just got notified that the Legendary Seal was seen in nearby waters.  
Saratoga: Instead of just calling for the preservation of marine life everyone decided to go look for and protect the Seal themselves, you see?
Saratoga: Akashi made some special equipment for this too!
This is... the "Legendary Seal Radar"!
Saratoga: Ahhh, must have been quite the difficult task to make that thing.
Lexington: Saratoga-chan, you seem unusually motivated today~ Your sister is so happy to see you like this.

Lexington: I was wondering if the Commander could help her out in this...?

A charity activity to protect the sea? That "Legendary Seal" thing is a bit odd but let's help everyone.
Saratoga: Yeaa! Commander, thank you!
Speaking of, that costume Saratoga is wearing...
Saratoga: Ehhh, did you just notice it?  It ’s “Saratoga-chan, the blue sea idol version” costume, specially prepared for charity live show♪
Commander: O,oh...
Saratoga: The location of the Seal can be discovered by using this radar and my knowledge... yup, yup, for the sake of this task I studied hard, I know everything about the oceans!
Saratoga: Commander, if you have any questions, ask Sara-sensei♪
And thus, I set off in the journey to find the "Legendary Seal".

2. Charity Race?

Aylwin: Hmm... It doesn't seem the Seal is in this area...
Dewey: Aylwin, I am getting a reaction from something over there desu!	
Aylwin: Okay! (Lexington-san has her hands full at the moment, so we need to do the best we can on our own...!)

Hardy: Hey, Hunter... Remember the "The Great Monstrous Octopus Demon God" that Sara spoke of? Can such a thing really exist?
Hunter: ... Hardy, I have heard that question more than 40 times now. If you are feeling scared then why don't you go back?

Baltimore: Hey, there's no rule that says we must search nearby areas where we pick up readings. Dare to go against the waves and outwit them all!

We came across several of the other teams as Saratoga and I were looking around.
It seemed that everyone was taking their respective searches for the Legendary Seal pretty seriously.

Saratoga: Fufun, everyone is so excited this year!	

Apparently, this legend about a creature which brings good luck may have contributed to the excited atmosphere.	

Saratoga: (Whispering) The part about it bringing good luck is lie though...
Commander: ...?
Saratoga: N-nope, I didn't say anything! Come on Commander, we gotta pick up the speed!
Saratoga: The radar is speaking up a reaction!	
Following the readings on the "Legendary Seal Radar", Saratoga and I continued on our journey.

3. Guardians of the Seal

Saratoga: Hmm Hmm, doesn't look like we made any mistakes while following the directions...

Following the reported sightings of the Seal, I think we have managed to get a good lead on the Seal's probable location.
Saratoga: Commander, we are close!
South Dakota: Commander, I am sorry but you have to stop here.	
Massachusetts: Umm, uh... "We are the Guardians of the Seal."	
Alabama: "If you want to pass through here, then you must first answer our question."	
South Dakota: "We will not give the Seal's location to bad people who cannot answer this question."	

It was like.... they were just reading a script halfheartedly...	
Alabama: So, the question is: what animal group does seals belong to?	

Options-

Commander: "The Seal family"	
Saratoga: Commander, that's an excellent answer!	

Commander: "The Cat family?"	
Saratoga: Seals might have whiskers but they are not cats! They belong to the seal family!	

Commander: "Save me Sara-sensei!"	
Saratoga: Fufufu, the answer is "The Seal Family"!	

Alabama: Correct. You may move along.	

It seems like they'll let us pass now.	
Saratoga: ... Pfft! I never imagined you girls would ever pull something like this!	
Massachusetts: ... Why not? It's interesting.	
South Dakota: Well, these girls were saying it would be fun. I am just tagging along.	
Alabama: Were you not having fun, Aneki?	
South Dakota: That's not what I meant. I feel good doing this as it's for a just cause.	
Saratoga: Well well, there is nothing wrong with having fun! I bet the others would be surprised by this test!	
Saratoga: Anyway, how are the preparations for that?	
South Dakota: Ah, things are progressing smoothly.	
Saratoga: Thank you~! You guys are really saving me here!

Saratoga: Okay, Commander! Let's move on!

4. Seal Located!

Commander: "We nearly got it..."	
Saratoga: Yup! This is the last place it was sighted!	
Saratoga: All that's left is to give it our best and find the Seal!	
Atlanta: Great job, San Diego! This is the location of the latest Seal sighting, it's surely here!	
San Diego: Aren't I just amazing? Fufu, we'll be the first team to find that Seal~	
Juneau: Commander, we are s-sorry for doing this!	
San Juan: W-wait! We didn't find anything the last time we came here!	
Saratoga: Uuuh, a rival appears before us as we reached the final barrier!	

If both of our teams are going to the same place, then we just need to....	
Saratoga: Wawaa! Don't pull on me so suddenly, Commander!	
Atlanta: C-Commander?!	
San Diego: Hahaha! You wanna race me to the end?	
Saratoga: Stop! Stop, Commander! It's still too early!	
San Juan: Saratoga! ... If that's how it's going, we need to do an emergency start!	

Then, a large structure emerged suddenly from the ocean.	
There were aquariums on it - filled with playful marine animals that the members of this event had rescued.	

Commander: "...A stage?!"	

And then, from the center of the stage, emerged none other than the Protagonist(?) of the show...	

"That is....The Legendary Seal!"

5. The Legendary Seal

Although there were a few incidents along the way, Saratoga's charity concert concluded without a hitch.	

Saratoga: Ehehe, what a good little seal~	
The "Legendary Seal" – which in reality was just a regular seal – was giving little kisses to Saratoga's legs.	
Saratoga: T-h-a-t-'s w-h-y you can't just protect this cute Seal like this for just a day! It's something you do every day and give your best!	

Had I known that, I could've offered to help sooner...	
Commander: "Offer your cooperation"

Saratoga: Commander, Thank You! Actually, I was going to ask for your help after we wraped up here~	
Lexington: Saratoga, preparations for that are almost done.	
Alabama: Do you want to see it with us, Commander?	
Hmmm? There's more stuff going on today?	
Saratoga: It's a bit late, but today is actually when the Sakura Empire and Dragon Empery celebrate the Tanabata and Qixi festivals.
