[01:30:11] Vivian Greyson (chargae) approaches the drivers window, and knocks lightly on the door frame.
[01:31:05] (You) rolls down the window "evening deputy"
[01:31:44] Vivian Greyson (chargae) nods. "Good evenin', sir. Ya ran a little wide round that corner back there, I figured I'd just check you ain't drivin' under the influence if you don't mind. You got a licence on ya?"

[01:33:26] (You) nods and hands the deputy his licenses "well as far as i know i havent had anything to drink" he says as he turns off his suv to save gas
[01:35:11] Vivian Greyson (chargae) nods, and inspects the licence she was handed. "Maybe so, sir, but we've been havin' people drive real reckless around here of late. Not somethin' we're takin' kindly to, considerin' we live here too, y'know?" She peers at the SUV. "Ain't this the third car I've seen you in in two days?"

[01:42:52] Vivian Greyson (chargae) raises a brow. "Per department SOP? Y'know we're in North Carolina, right? I'm fairly sure State Law overrides your SOP, bud."
[01:45:06] (You) nods "i am well aware ma'am i talked with the sheriff a while back and informed him of the pov colors for the fire department" looking at his watch to see the time as its rather late for him
[01:48:38] Vivian Greyson (chargae) shrugs. "Sheriff ain't mentioned nothin' about it. I would strongly reccomend you check the laws of this state in relation to your lightin' setup, cos it's fairly simple, bud. Blue, means Law Enforcement. Red, means fire. Orange, utility vehicles. Now, you can probably take this up with the sheriff, but it's not local law, it's state law, so he can't really give that go ahead, even if he did. Now if we see someone runnin' code with green lights, they're gonna see blue ones in their mirror hella fast, ya feel me?"
[01:51:32] Richie Weylyn (jrfan98) coughs from the side walk having overheard the conversation "North Carolina actually doesnt outline the use of green lights a legal, or illegal.  Green lights, in a general sense, usually mean that a vehicle is requesting the right of way rather than demanding it. Might wanna check you facts there before you stop someone with green lights officer ears" he says with a smirk
[01:52:30] Vivian Greyson (chargae) shrugs. "Then have a word with whoever the fuck was runnin' lights and siren with green lights in your department, before I catch up with them. Because I'm 100% sure there's no authorisation for sirens for green lights on that document."

Plus that person in the car is my boyfriend and Id *really* like to get him home so we can go to sleep if you dont mind" he says with a neutral look on his face
[01:57:03] Michael D. Strickland (scottyjackson24) Looks back over at him "If you keep interupting this traffic stop when i asked you to stand there and not say anything i will charge you with disorderly conduct" Folds his arms looking at him
[01:58:13] Vivian Greyson (chargae) clears her throat. "In any case. Y'all have as much authorisation to use red lights as you want. What, you wanna pretend you're the grinch on the way to ruin christmas, sure, go ahead, do that too, but it ain't gonna mean you can respond code." She rubs her brow. "Don't be runnin' the curb over either, and we should be good."

At no point was a second deputy requested. also RP wise Strickland would not know my first name as i have never told him my first name at any point in time in fact RP wise noone would know my first name just my last name. only person that would know is deputy Greyson from my licenses i RPd giving her. something she didnt RP giving back. also at some point Strickland starts taking pictures with a camera that was pulled out of thin air. he didnt Rp grabbing one from his car or using his cellphone. along in the RP there are several ares that seemed rather unprofessional for not only him but Greyson as well. witch i can point out if needed over voice.
