She does her greeting and reveals that apparently it is snowing in Pekoland and asks if it is snowing for the nousagi as well. It surprised her since she hadn't watched the weather forecast at all so when she went to the window, complaining that it felt very cold today, she noticed that it was snowing and enough of it to cover the ground as well. Which leads her into saying isn't tomorrow going to be scary? The day when it is snowing it is still fine, you feel happy about seeing snow again after so long and the feeling of walking on crunchy snow is the best, but the day after when that packed snow becomes slippery ice it is all over, as you'll be slipping all over the place. 
The fear of slipping is particularly big for her and she tells a story from her school years where she did end up slipping to the point where it felt her leg would break. And because of having slipped the next day she would exaggeratedly strike her heels down as she was walking to avoid further slipping. Slipping brings her up to mention that while it is something obvious that people will slip whenever there has snowed, it is still embarrassing to be seen isn't it? Like you'll be looking around to see if you were seen and even if you know it is something that can't be helped, it is still rather embarrassing. 
But in any case she says that she won't leave her house tomorrow, she won't even go to the convenience store because she thinks she'll slip if she does. 

>The Metronome tournament(15:25)
She beings to talk about the tournament and asks the nousagi from where she should start and the want her to talk about the opening. So she beings and explains that she commissioned that super cool opening and that the line of text that accompanied each member was not something she asked each member to come up with but rather her as the host taking it upon herself to think up a fitting line. Of course she didn't just throw it out there without first asking all the members to give it a check to see if they were alright with what she had written, but there were no complaints. The nousagi in particular liked Rushia's writing*, but it was a bit difficult deciding on her bit since overall she tried to have some theme of luck surrounding all the lines, but no matter what she wasn't able to come up with anything surrounding luck for Rushia even if she knows of some instances where she'll be lucky in times of despair. 
The ones she managed to decide on first were like Okayu and Robocco both of which already had prior material to work with, then Noel, Rui, Polka, and Luna, those were rather fast since they had easy to work with information that she already knew about, like for example Robocco which she knew had been traumatized by Guillotine before in a tournament, so she decided to make use of that existing material.

The chat wants to see the opening again and she tries to get it up and running on her screen but the audio bugs out so she gives up, and after a few minutes she continues the conversation by saying that having an opening like that really hyped it up and made it really feel like a tournament. Something she was really anxious about was maintaining a proper flow of the tournament, like will it really be alright with just Metronome? Will just one match be ok? Can it be done during this time-slot? Stuff like that weighed on her. 
One thing she did reflect on in hindsight was the portions where the winner would give their thoughts and after that Pekora would bring in the next set of contestants. She can't really explain it very well but she felt as if she was moving too fast during those portions making it feel rushed rather than the smooth progress she hoped for, she describes it as such; "Ah match is over ok what are your thoughts ok thank you next contestant!". That is one point she wished could have gone better, since it felt like she was getting too caught up in the sense of not wanting to delay the tournament.

Something else that was difficult was the OBS handling causing her to mess up and show Discord at the start and such, she was basically getting stressed out and confused at which things she had to show at which points while being aware that she had to prepare and advance the tournament, and reflects on that she can't really do several things at once since she gets stressed out and doesn't understand what it is she should be doing.  
Which made her really glad that she didn't do this alone, at first she thought that it was something she could have done alone but as she was managing the tournament it became apparent to her that it would have been impossible alone. Which brings her to say that she truly feels nothing but gratitude for Okayu helping her, all the way from the raffle stream to the end. Since during the event Okayu would help out with the flow by asking for the next participants via chat making sure it went smooth, and it wasn't just Okayu every contestant was on-hold waiting and responded immediately which was another thing that was really helpful for her.  

Another thing she says is that she underestimated how long a tournament would take, she figured it might be over before you know it considering it was just a battle of luck but once she confirmed all the various things that would take time she realized that tournaments take a lot of time to complete, and that means the time in which the players are forced to wait is very long, making her feel sorry for that. And because of this potentially long wait she told everyone that if it is difficult for them then they don't have to have their own stream running, because at first she had planned to have everyone host their own stream but then realized that if the time spent waiting is gruesomely long then it might become difficult for them so she settled on saying that for those who'll find it hard to keep a stream running during a potentially long set of waits don't have to stream themselves and can just project their screen via Discord when their time comes.

The chat brings up Polka's stream which was basically a waiting room for contenders to join and chat and Pekora thanks her for doing that and says that before the tournament she had asked Pekora if it would be fine to have a stream where everybody could watch the tournament from which she was more than fine with and then unexpectedly a lot of members showed up there making Pekora think it looked like a lot of fun and wanted to go there herself since she was about to die from the nervousness of her own post. 
Talking briefly about how the matches themselves were a lot of fun with interesting matches she says that her and Okayu actually played a match together after the tournament was over, as they were breathing out at having successfully completed the tournament Okayu asked Pekora if they shouldn't have their own Metronome match and Pekora agreed and when asked who one Pekora says it she did.

*The entrance line was; "If I wag my finger, the country will decline" followed by "Boing boing". The country will decline bit is in reference to the phrase 傾国の美女 which basically means a woman so beautiful the ruler of the state will be so preoccupied with currying her favor that he'll neglect his political duties eventually causing the collapse of the state.

She reads out a comment stating that he doesn't want to go back to school tomorrow and she pauses for a bit before saying she perfectly understands that feeling since school was a feeling like that, especially after having been on a holiday and the next day was school again. But she says, in the end it is something you have to go to right, like you might feel lucky if by circumstances you don't have to go but in the end, work, school, or whatever it may be, it is something you have to do and it is something you should do as well because right now you might feel that it is a pain, boring, and so on and even Pekora felt the same when she went to school, lamenting over it and wondering why school even exists but at present time she feels like it was good that she did push herself to go. Depending on the time and situation there are times were she feels one doesn't have to force themselves to go beyond reason, like if they are being subjected to something they don't like or if there is a particularly bad feeling with going to school, but if it is just a sense of it being dull or annoying then she thinks they should still go. 

She continues to say that adults often say that studying is a good thing and she has come to understand that in particular in regards to English for example, and says that during the time they now have in school they should make an effort to study things like English, and even if she thinks there were a lot of things you won't use that you learn from school, English if anything is something she thinks they will use and while she can't remember what it was that she studied at the time she says that something like just vocabulary is fine if they can memorize, since she thinks it will be important for them once they become an adult. A nousagi says that she said a good thing right there and she laughs and says that it is something that really stuck to her mind since she feels that if she had taken it just a bit seriously then it would have become helpful for her now as an adult when it comes to communicating with her overseas fanbase, the EN and ID branch for example. She reflects on that these are the things you notice once you become an adult, making you wonder why you didn't do X or Y at that time, feeling now that it was a waste not to and that the things you learned at school were important after all. Though she throws out a comment also saying that there were a lot of stuff you learned that you didn't need and laughs.

The conversation leads her into saying that what she is about to talk about is not a topic suitable for trying to catch a shiny Ditto but continues anyways and says that she feels like one should make sure to try and experience all the things you can only experience during your school years, since there are a lot of things you can no longer experience once you become an adult. Because as for Pekora she didn't care about these things and just wanted to hurry up and become an adult, and it is now that she realizes that at the time she was simply just asking for the impossible and that now that she is grown up she is left with the thought that she should have tried to experience these things when she had the chance as she was younger. 
This ties up to something she has recently become self-aware about which is that life is a one-time thing so to try and experience the things you are able to within your life, even as a challenge for oneself, is a good thing and something that she has come to want to do. 
A nousagi says that he wants to retire already and she laughs at that saying she doesn't know about that since she doesn't have a retirement age and that even as a 111 year old she is still working. 

Someone asks if they should learn the map of Japan and Pekora thinks for a bit and asks if this is in relation to the prefectures, and then says that Pekora doesn't know them and she is still living life so you'll be fine without it, the difference is just if you'll be made fun of or not. She continues and says isn't it fine to just remember the place you went on for a trip? But there is no need to learn it all, because there are no people who has learned it all, it is just cheating she says and laughs, then wonders if everyone did memorize it. Knowing where Hokkaido and Okinawa are is fine, and of course if you were to not know where Hokkaido is located then it would be a cause for concern considering how large it is. A nousagi tells her to please learn them all and she laughs and follows his lead saying to everyone to learn it all, since you have to.

Coming from a conversation about food and in particular cheese, Pekora says that when she was little there was this cheese food sampling corner at their supermarket that she'd make a routine of always going to and ask for a sample, the lady would have prepared these cheese crackers. At this time she really loved cheese and she'd do this in secret from her mother by telling her that she was going to go to the candy corner and have a look but instead snuck away to the cheese sampling. Generally her mother would pass through that cheese stand and see her, to Pekora's awkward feeling.

Coming from a conversation about wanting Pokemon to exist in the real world and how it would be neat to have one show up in some grass around you, which brings her up to say that in that regard Pokemon Go was pretty nice, even if you had to look at your phone the entire time. She continues to say that she did play Pokemon Go quite frequently at the time, although these days she doesn't really see anyone play it. But at the time of its peak it was crazy out there, like at the train station where you'd find people staring into their phones and most of the time it would be Pokemon Go. She says that she has also gone to one of those events where large amount of the same Pokemon appear.
She also explains that there was a weird spot close to her home, like in the middle of the road where there would be people just standing still which would scare her, even more so when walking home at night and finding someone just standing there but as she took a closer look she'd recognize the hand gesture used to capture a Pokemon and realize that it isn't a dangerous guy, but someone not to mind.
