Now that 2022 is coming to a close, it's once again time to look back at the year in terms of PBs and see how well I did! I know this was for certain a much weaker year than 2021, but I still have a decent amount to show for it!

All PBs are listed in chronological order (if I improved multiple times, it'll be placed in relation to the most recent PB).

--Pokémon PBs--

Pokémon White 2
Any% (JPN) in 3:19:00 (First runs in 2022) | 16/01/2022
- Overall an incredibly average run. Nothing outstanding, but nothing bad either. I actually had a WR paced run into Draydens gym after I got my PB, but I missed the Druddigon range and died. I will return to this when I get a good time in ENG Any%.

Pokémon Sapphire
Any% Glitchless in 2:04:50 (From 2:05:11) | 25/01/2022
- Quite surprising I get to write down Sapphire this year! Really bad run with the new route. I can do significantly better than what I showcased in this run!

Any% in 2:05:06 (First runs in 2022) | 28/06/2022
- Shockingly bad run, but this is my first and only PB in the category! I tried for a while to get a better run and just couldn't get anything past the E4 again (Except for 1 run which I stupidly killed at Blue!). I will return to this and get a significantly better time!

Pokémon White 2
Challenge Mode in 3:13:30 (From 3:16:09) | 24/10/2022
- My 2nd 3:13 of the year, with the first being from March. I tried to get 3:12 quite a lot throughout the year, and in my 2nd grind in the latter half of the year I got close quite a few times, but sadly nothing came to be. I think I'm okay with leaving this time for now, but I definitely still want to get a 3:12 in the future.

- Clutched it on the final day of the year. Super super happy I got this run! A couple really silly things I want to improve on, but I'm happy because of what this run represents, that I really *am* WR Capable in HGSS!

--SM64 PBs--

16 Star in 15:56 (From 16:35) | 21/04/2022
- Easily my most proud accomplishment in this game during 2022. This is probably the final minute barrier I'll ever hit in 16 Star, and it felt surreal to land the 15! I definitely want to improve this, and have been on some really promising runs to do so, onward into the lower 15s!

- Small improvement, but very happy to get the Sub 8! I've been on PB pace past FS in this category 19 times as of writing, just haven't been able to finish one out!

120 Star in 1:57:38 (First runs in 2022) | 03/06/2022
- Happy I got the Sub 2 so quickly, but this run is not very good at all. I lost 4 minutes in tippy alone. I think I could get a really good time if I work on my consistency, because that's what's holding me back.

0 Star in 9:00 (First runs in 2022) | 12/09/2022
- Accidentally got DDD Skip when doing a 1 Star run. This run is absolutely tragic, bad FS, death in BitS. Any improvement on this run would be nice!

70 Star in 52:10 (From 54:46) | 24/09/2022
- Multiple PBs throughout the year in this category, but I am still so far from happy with my PB here. I've had 2 runs now that have been 40 HMCs, so I can definitely get a 50 if I work hard. Perhaps I'll push for it before uni starts again in 2023.

--Octopath PBs--

All Main Stories in 3:27:06 (From 3:36:11) | 16/04/2022
- Absolutely massive improvement with the new route. This run is still really bad, with so much timesave left to be had. I'm not overly interested in taking this lower, but I will always love this category!

Primrose (Solo) in 1:11:39 (First runs in 2022) | 15/09/2022
- I was intrigued by this run purely for the concept, finished a run and got WR. I could take multiple minutes off of this (and have been on pace to do so before!), so maybe in the future I'll return.

--Minecraft PBs--

RSGP in 29:38 (IGT) (From 36:47) | 06/05/2022
- Much happier with a Sub 30! My ultimate goal in this category is Sub-Atago, so I'll definitely push for that. I don't think I'll ever bother continuing given that will put me in 2nd place (1st is out of reach for me!).

SSGP in 3:12 (IGT) (First runs in 2022) | 06/09/2022
- Did this category for only a few days just to see how fun it was. I'm happy with the run I got, but I'll never specifically push for a better run, I'll probably only ever play this if I'm bored.

--Stray PBs--

Any% in 1:16:25 (First runs in 2022) | 22/07/2022
- For the time, this run was actually okay, it was even WR at the time! Since it was completed, the route has changed a million times and new glitches have been discovered. I will go back and get a good time with the new route!

Any% Glitchless in 1:18:37 (First runs in 2022) | 30/07/2022
- Once again, good at the time and was WR! I had a run that was 1:17 paced that died in Jail (which even now would still be top 10!). I think a lot of new stuff has been discovered since I last played, so I want to go back to get a 1:16.
