Follow these easy steps:
>copy the save file to the new version's folder
>load the save in the new version
>go to Memories
>go back
>overwrite the save

Open up your save file in a text editor and look for

That's what Mine reads, yours will have "1819" and "613" replaced with your values. Just change those numbers, save, and reload the save.
Can also alter number of flowers and whatnot.
