You open your eyes, still swollen from the tears you shed earlier. Lying on your bed, thinking about how much your life sucks and how you've wasted your opportunities at chasing your dreams. You just stare at the corner of your wall, seeing the dust bunnies roll around aimlessly. You think to yourself, "My life is just as worthless as those dustbunnies."
You keep staring, not really expecting much. The dustbunnies keep rolling about, colliding and combining with each other until they became a sizeable blob. The shaped looked vaguely recognisable. Was it… a literal bunny?
The "dustbunny" turns around and looks at you with its black beady eyes before scuttling over to your bed.
You sit up in shock, but by the time you managed to get yourself together the dustbunny had already leaped onto your lap.
The two of you stare at each other for a good moment before you decided to break the silence. You open your mouth to say something, but the little creature leaps onto your shoulder instead.
"Looking a little sad there, kid. You alright?" It says. 
"I-what? Are you speaking? What are you? What are you doing here? Are you supposed to be a figment of my imagination? Am I going mad? Why me?" A flurry of questions escapes your lips, fueled by the repressed shock and curiosity you held within you.
"Woah, woah, slow down with the questions, kid. As you can see, I'm just a little dustbunny that formed in your room. And for whatever reason, I got a feeling that you've been crying out for help, even if you yourself don't realize it. Now tell me kid, what's going on?" The dustbunny responds. You sigh. Well it's not like you have much to lose anyways.
"It's just… Things haven't really been going well for me. I'm just trying to make it out there in the world, and it just feels like I'm always late to the party. Streaming, gaming, cryptocurrency, and now VTubing. Whenever I want to… put myself out there, I just think it's a failure waiting to happen, so I chicken out before I could even do anything. It sucks." Your confession pours out like a broken faucet and before you realize it, you're crying once more. The dustbunny nuzzles into your neck, as if to comfort you, and it does feel strangely fluffy. At the very least, you appreciated the gesture. You look at the dustbunny and give it a weak smile.
"Thanks." You tell it.
"Don't mention it, kid. By the way, is that your computer there?" It says, pointing it's fuzzy snout to your PC. You nod, but you're still unsure what it was trying to indicate.
"Then boot that baby up and try some of that VTubing thing you're talking about."
"W-W-What? I-It's not that simple and I need go prepare and I don't think I-" you blurt out in panic.
"Kid." It tells you sternly, cutting you off.
"Just give it a shot. Who knows whether you'll hit it big or fail miserably. But you'll never know until you try. So what do you say? At the very least, you won't have to do it alone. I'll be here for you, alright?" The dustbunny says. For a moment you could swear that it was smiling at you, and you find yourself smiling back at it. Maybe this was an opportunity for something new. Maybe this was hope.
"Alright, so what should we call ourselves?"
